Princess Jamaica, beach side 2nd row, just a 200 foot walk to the beach: offers 5 bedrooms and now 4 full baths (we added shower in the downstairs room). Great ocean views from two large decks. The chef's kitchen has granite and stainless steel! 42 inch LCD TV in living room, plus all bedrooms now have LCD TVs (6 total TVs). Large enough for multiple families. up to 19 people!! 3 decks to enjoy the ocean.

The main house has 4 BR & 3 baths (jet tub in master bath). An additional 1 BR & bath with its own entrance is available downstairs. It is tiled, containing 2 twin over full futons.

Fully paved driveway and parking area.

DOGS WELCOME!! with additional pet fee.

If your needs are for even more space (weddings, family reunions), ask us about neighbour's houses that may also be available.

- Lease Agreement required
- 15% lodging tax added to listed rates
- Refundable security deposit required
- $75 fee via credit card required to reserve date
- 1/2 amount due within 1 week
- Full payment due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

- In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued only to the extent that a replacement tenant can be found for your reserved time.

SUMMER 2010:       $2125  weekly (Friday to Friday)

  • This house was just perfect for our family weekend! We had people flying in from San Diego, Denver and Virginia and everyone just absolutely loved the place. It was a great location with a great beach just accross the street which was perfect since the main public beaches were PACKED. The house itself was so nice and well maintained, I can't say enough great things about our stay. Thanks for the memories!
