The Kona Seaspray is a small friendly 2 building complex ideally located just across the beach from Kahalu'u Beach Park. This is a great place to stay if you like to snorkel and swim.
Easily accessible, convenient and with good under water scenery, Kahalu'u is the most user friendly snorkel spot on the island.This unit is as good as it gets anywere. It has undergone a complete remodel with temperpedic king mattress for the best sleep of your life. I have pocketed all doors so you can completely open to the ocean, big screen hdtv pivets in all directions so you can view from anywere in condo. This unit is so nice I almost moved in!! The pool, BBQ overlooking the bay make a great spot to relax and congregate after a day of exploring and shopping!

The unit #4 in which we stayed was amazing! It was exactly what we had hoped for our honeymoon. We loved how the entire unit opened up with screen doors, allowing us to overlook the ocean from almost all angles. A/C wasn't necessary since the air blew into the unit from all directions and the fans kept things cool. Proximity to surfing and the surf-shop was ideal. Even watching surfers while sipping coffee from the cozy sofa on the patio was fun! We loved the location, close enough to Kailua central to eat, shop, etc. But far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The only negative would be its on a busy road and so it can get loud but if you're from the city, you'll be used to it. And really we didn't mind the noise from cars because we also got the sound of surf and the beautiful view! The unit was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed (cable, internet, phone). We highly recommend it!

We stayed in Unit 102 and thoroughly enjoyed out visit. The condo was beautifully decorated for the tropics and was equiped with all the appliances you would need including private washer and dryer. They had beautiful marble throughout the kitchen and bath rooms. Yes, it is true there is no AC but with the ceiling fans and windows open this was very comfortable with the temps outside reaching upper 80's.We were fortunate enough to be there for the 30th annual Ironman Triathlon. Amazing people in this race and it ran right in front of the property. We enjoyed the race on the road as well as sunning ourselves at the pool.The bay across the road was rated as one of the best and for good reason. We saw so many large and small tortise and dozens of varieties of fish. Use the beach by the hotel if you are a beginner as it is difficult to get out with your fins on at the small beach.The pool was always clean and it had a beautiful tiled tortise bottom. The manager Bob, is very attentive and helpful at any hour. I can hardly wait until the cabana will be finished in the back of the property, it will add a tropical jungle retreat to an already beautiful Kona beach.Liked — Location to one of the best snorkeling beaches Disliked — Leaving to come home

Wow, Wow, Wow! We had the best vacation of our lives in #303! Amazing views, owners thought of everything that the condo could possibly need! We were so impressed we will definately return! I hate to rave about it incase it gets so booked up i can't get back in again! The street infront can be a bit noisy but.... it was worth it, the lack of A/C was a bit uncomfortable until the fans got moving around but it cooled down pretty quick. Enjoy the big island and the turtles right outside your front door step!
