With its lodge like great room comfortably seating 20 people, floor to ceiling stone fireplace, and dining room overlooking the Big Thompson River, it is the perfect home to entertain large groups without feeling the least bit crowded.

VRBO Bear stayed here - 07/25/2007 I felt right at home the moment I walked in. This beautiful Estes Park home had plenty of room for our bear family, but I could see that this spacious estate would accommodate a large group easily.
The log home is situated along the Big Thompson River and nestled in the pines - a perfect setting for a bear’s vacation, and we enjoyed luxurious comfort both inside and out. We cooked in the huge gourmet kitchen and grilled on the gas BBQ. We sat outside on the enormous deck and ate dinner while we watched the river. We ended the day in the hot tub and in very comfortable beds.
The nearby property managers offered any help we needed as well as wonderful suggestions for dinner and activities. We drove just a few minutes into the town of Estes Park for shopping and dining. And we took the cubs to the nearby family amusement park. This lovely estate offered us a perfect place to enjoy our Estes Park getaway - near all the things we wanted to do - but always tempting us to just stay and hibernate.
