Charming and comfortable home located on 8 acres with a huge fishing pond with dock only 50 feet from the front door. The property has a spectacular view of rolling pecan orchards and is surrounded by beautiful cotton fields.

The home has three levels which affords ample privacy when needed and is attractively decorated and immaculately maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped and the dining room table easily seats 12. Enjoy beautiful sunsets overlooking the lake from the screen porch or dock. Relax in the evenings to the peaceful sounds of nature and you will wake up to dew laden mornings while indulging in fresh perked coffee.

This home is an ideal place to gather with family, children and friends to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. Historic Savannah is only 1 hour away and Georgia Southern University is only 20 minutes away. This home is perfect for GSU football games, graduations and other school functions. You can easily attend the Masters golf tournament in Augusta which is only 1 1/2 hours away.

    • Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your charming farm house! My husband and I are GA Southern graduates and I was so excited to see the area again! My two girls enjoyed the country side. We even took them to see the GA Southern campus. We took walks, rode bikes, played tennis and had some great BBQ! We did not want to leave! We can't wait to get back! Thanks again for such a great escape.

    • This home and the setting is tranquil and serene. At night, the quiet and the stars are unbelievable. The furnishings and the interior of the house made us feel right at home, so warm and inviting. It's obvious that this home is a much loved and cared for family kind of a place!
