Condado del Palacio is a new, fully furnished modern 2-story penthouse condominium with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. It is on the 5th and 6th floors with a spectacular mountain view.
It is gated with twenty-four hour guard service and is located in the upper class, secure residential community of La Uruca, ten minutes from downtown San Jose.

The location is superb, with easy access to freeways. We are near shopping centers, grocery stores, banks, restaurants, movie theaters, casinos, downtown, hospitals, clinics and fifteen minutes from the airport.

The condo has vaulted ceilings and a suspended staircase leading to the mezzanine on the 6th floor. The condo has two bedrooms, a loft with twin bed, and a convertible sofa/bed in the mezzanine. It sleeps seven people comfortably. The upstairs mezzanine has a large color TV, DVD player and a mini refrigerator in a spacious sitting room. The upstairs also has a private entrance on the 6th floor that can be reached by elevator.

The master bedroom downstairs has a large closet and connecting bathroom for privacy. The other downstairs bedroom has a double bed and a large spacious closet. The condo has three full baths with roomy walk-in showers and sliding glass doors.

There ia a comfortable leather sofa in the living room with satellite TV and DVD player.There is also a dining room and a cozy kitchen with a seperate laundry room off the kitchen. The livingroom balcony has a spectacular mountain view and there is an active soccer field next door. The condo is completely furnished for comfortable living. It is a great deal to rent a condo instead of a San Jose hotel room. The hotels are over-priced and old, sometimes not so clean, most without A/C, and it is not always safe in the city.

For a nominal fee, we offer a driver to pick you up at airport and delivery you to the condo. He can assist you in getting your luggage upstairs and provides you with keys to the condo. Maid service provided once a week. If you would like more frequent service it can be arranged prior to your stay for a nominal fee. Grocery shopping and personal laundry services are also available upon request.
