Welcome to our cozy mountain getaway in the heart of Breckenridge. Our condo is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. After a day of skiing in one of the world's best ski resorts, the 4-O'clock run will take you to the front door of the River Mountain Lodge. Just inside, you can relax at the River Mountain Bar, soak in one of the four hot tubs (both indoor and outdoor), or take a dip in the heated outdoor pool. The new Breckenridge Gondola is a short one block away and will take you to the base of the mountain.
We strive to make sure that our condo is always in the best condition, and are constantly doing updates and upgrades! In April 2011 we replaced our sleeper sofa and dining table as we noticed they were starting to look dated! We visit as often as possible so that we can know first-hand how things look. The condo is very clean, well maintained, extremely functional and comfortable, and in a fabulous location! The location of the condo in the building is off all roads, so it is quiet and private!
A half a block away is the heart of this quaint ski town. There you will find dozens of restaurants, shops, spas, and the best night life in Summit County. Want to ski all of the great Summit County resorts? There is a shuttle service that stops at the River Moutain Lodge that will take you to Keystone, Copper and A-Basin
What sets our condominium apart is the amazing view from the large balcony that extends from the master bedroom to the spacious living room suite. This unit received the highest rating (Gold) from the River Mountain Lodge because of its exceptional décor, view, and additional features. To make your stay more comfortable, this unit has two cable TVs (one of which is a new LCD flat screen), a DVD player, a VHS player, games, puzzles, a wide selection of movies, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
The River Mountain Lodge also features a restaurant, ski/snowboard rentals, movie rentals, exercise facility, a sauna, and garage parking. We hope you enjoy this relaxing cozy mountain condo!

We love the fact that this property is both a condo and a hotel. You have the independence of a condo but also have the benefits of a full-time concierge at the front desk to answer your questions or provide assistance 24/7. We love that! We also loved the location being ski-in and right downtown. No need for a car here!
We love this place and try to visit it everytime we go to breckenridge. It is great for adults and kids and has awesome pizza. 111 S. If you walk out the back door of the River Mountain Lodge and cross the bridge then you walk into the back door of the Columbine Cafe. They have awesome pastries and breakfast sandwiches. Yum! 109 S. Main St. Breckenridge
My favorite toy store in the world! My kids could stay there all day! It has a playground IN the toystore (with slide, bouncer, etc.) and a train table, doll house, etc. Oh, and they sell toys as well:) Just go out the back door of the condo, cross the bridge, and you can see it in front of you slightly to the left.
Restaurant and bar but kid friendly. They have traditional comfort food (mac and cheese, burgers, etc.) but with a wonderful twist. We had fun making smores at the table!

Two families co-own this property. Joe and Lisa with children Andrew (4) and Sarah (2), as well as, Allison and Scott. We all love this property! Joe and Lisa enjoy coming up especially in the winter to ski and hope that they can do that even more once the children learn to ski. Allison's and Scott's favorite times to visit are the fall to see the leaves change, and Summer to walk along the river!

We were not disappointed! The condo is nicer than the photos and fit our needs nicely. As realtors say, "Location, location, location!" Right in the heart of downtown Breckenridge and on the river. In fact, I watched a dad and son try to land a 12" fish at the stream side entrance. I can hear the river and see a mountain from the kitchen window and the deck is indeed overlooking the river, sunny in the morning but with two shady spots for shade lovers like me. We have enjoyed plein air painting, hiking, biking, fly fishing, attending concerts, and endless people watching. We would very much like to return.

My wife and I, along with our 2 boys age 3 and 7, stayed here Dec 11-14. It is a perfect location for everything. The Gondola ride is a short walk away. There is a bus stop right outside the front door. The Four O'Clock ski run ends right across the street from the Lodge. Their is a ski rental shop in the lodge. And probably the best part is that it's just a few steps away from Main St. There's a beautiful river right outside. I can't think of a better location anywhere in Breckenridge. The room was nice also. Fireplace in the room. Large bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. Nicely equipped kitchen, and everything worked well. Very nice large bathroom, great shower. Washer and dryer in the room. The front desk was very helpful. Nice lobby. Free movie rentals. We would love to go back.

This condo was more than we hoped for ! The location is absolutely ideal ! A very easy walk to the Gondola and just one block from Main Street. Perfect ! The owners went out of their way to arrange a pac n play for our toddler son as well as some toys for him. They were incredibly kind in writing suggestions on places we should see during our trip to Breckenridge. Thank you ! We have already booked our return visit.....

I loved this place and the location. We had stayed at the complex before but in a crowded small unit. The complex has many features such as a large gathering room with a bar, big screen tv, and plenty of comfortable seating. This unit is a large 1 bedroom with plenty of room to move around. And, the deck is awesome! It faces the town and river with sliders off the master bedroom and family room. I booked this unit last minute on a Friday morning and the owners had everything in place to get me going. You will find this unit very comfortable for a couple adults and small children who don't mind sharing a sofa-sleeper. Very clean and well maintained. Owners are very easy to work with and I would stay here again and recommend to others. The unit is also ADA compliant.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in mid-September. The weather was beautiful! It was wonderful to be able to walk downtown. We also loved the river right outside the window. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and the lobby has an attendant there 24 hours a day. You could also get free movie rentals through the lobby. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I recently visited Colorado for the first time and our stay in Breckenridge was wonderful at your condo. The amenities were nice, the resort was great. The front desk personnel were always helpful. We loved the location, close to Main Street, right on the river. I love walking in the early morning and it was beautiful along the river walk, as well as in the evening. We had everything we needed to make our vacation stay very comfortable.

Spent three unbelievable nights at your condo and will definitely book it again. The location was perfect for a summer get-away...easy walking distance to everything, and the Blue River bike path right out the back door. The large balcony runs from the living room to the bedroom, with entry to the balcony from both rooms. The two best parts of our trip were sitting on the balcony with the river right below, and sleeping to the sound of the river! The owners were very friendly and helpful. Unit was disability-friendly. Recommend this condo to all visitors, summer or winter!

We couldn't believe the low price we were paying for the condo so weren't really sure what to expect...boy, were we amazed at what we got! The condo is very nicely furnished and has a great lay-out but what we loved was opening up the sliding doors and listening to the Blue River which is right below you. We kept the doors open at night and let the sounds of the river put us to sleep. Easy access to everything and the concierge was very helpful when we checked in. We went in July and my husband is heading back in August and staying there while he climbs a few 14'ers. I have to wait til next year to return but at least I know where we are staying! Definitely a place to stay if you don't want to use your car while in Breck! You're close to everything!

This condo has been well updated and is very comfortable. The river is right outside the building and we sat on the deck and listened to the water running all night. The building is in the center of town, and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go!
