  Loved staying at this well positioned condo. Located inside the River Mountain lodge this condo has all the amenities to keep you busy whilst not skiing - the spa, outdoor heated pool and gym were great as an alternative to keeping busy on days off. The bus stops are located just outside the front door and the town is a very short beautiful walk out the back door. The condo was exactly as pictured in VRBO, with an amazing king size bed in the main bedroom. The sofa bed in the lounge was not comfortable so we opted for using the air mattress as provided. The kitchen and bathroom were very well maintained and stocked with all the utensils needed to cook. A large fridge enabled us to have lots of food in the condo and the internal laundry allowed us to wash during our long stay. There is plenty of windows and a large balcony that gives access to the beautiful scenery outside. Another plus was the very friendly staff at reception and the ski check -in. They made us feel very welcome and a part of their lodge. We loved staying here and the owners were very friendly and very flexible. We would definatley stay here again and recommend it highly.

  The condo is small and perfect for a small family and has everything you need to cook all the meals and save money on going out all the time. The location is just off main street and within walking distance to everything. Loved it and hope to be able go back again soon. The price was perfect and we hope that they have the same deal next time we go to Breck.

  We throughly enjoyed our stay in Unit 224E. The location can't be beat. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the River on the Glider built for 2. The weather wasn't the best that week-end so it was nice to have a comfortable Condo to Relax in. Thanks for Sharing your Condo!!

  Several things stand out about this property. 1.Lisa and Allison, the owners were a pleasure to deal with. 2.Location was excellent.3. The sheets were very soft and comfortable. 4.The condo was well equipped. 5Some of the front desk people were very knowledgable re hikes in the area.

  What a great condo! Terrific location, within walking distance to just about everything. This condo was very clean and the information packet that was left for us was very informative! One block from Main Street and 2 blocks from the Gondola! Having a 24/7 front desk was amazing. The exercise room with the sauna, hot tub and steam room was great! Free movie rental was a hit with my kids! Will definately recommend this location to others!

  We drove to Breckenridge from Denver for an extended summer weekend and stayed at the River Mountain Lodge. The condo itself was great (eg, clean, spacious, nicely furnished). It had a patio that overlooked the stream/brook that runs through Breckenridge, and we were able to sleep with the doors/windows open at night and fall asleep to its soothing sounds. The staff at the lodge were more than helpful; we arrived early and they already had our room set for us to check in. They gave us a card to the garage (easy access), and we parked our rental and never moved it. We didn't have to b/c we could walk to all the places we wanted - it's that close! It's one block from Main Street close to great shopping, restaurants, and bars. The lodge had its own bike rental place, too, so it was easy to rent bikes and ride all day! We had a great time, and the owners were more than accomodating with our concerns (eg, cancellation policy) during the summer. Thanks! We'll be back!

  We were not disappointed! The condo is nicer than the photos and fit our needs nicely. As realtors say, "Location, location, location!" Right in the heart of downtown Breckenridge and on the river. In fact, I watched a dad and son try to land a 12" fish at the stream side entrance. I can hear the river and see a mountain from the kitchen window and the deck is indeed overlooking the river, sunny in the morning but with two shady spots for shade lovers like me. We have enjoyed plein air painting, hiking, biking, fly fishing, attending concerts, and endless people watching. We would very much like to return.

  My wife and I, along with our 2 boys age 3 and 7, stayed here Dec 11-14. It is a perfect location for everything. The Gondola ride is a short walk away. There is a bus stop right outside the front door. The Four O'Clock ski run ends right across the street from the Lodge. Their is a ski rental shop in the lodge. And probably the best part is that it's just a few steps away from Main St. There's a beautiful river right outside. I can't think of a better location anywhere in Breckenridge. The room was nice also. Fireplace in the room. Large bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. Nicely equipped kitchen, and everything worked well. Very nice large bathroom, great shower. Washer and dryer in the room. The front desk was very helpful. Nice lobby. Free movie rentals. We would love to go back.

  This condo was more than we hoped for ! The location is absolutely ideal ! A very easy walk to the Gondola and just one block from Main Street. Perfect ! The owners went out of their way to arrange a pac n play for our toddler son as well as some toys for him. They were incredibly kind in writing suggestions on places we should see during our trip to Breckenridge. Thank you ! We have already booked our return visit.....

  Had a great time at this property for a one night getaway! It was everything we needed, plus a lot, lot more! Would recommend this to people looking for a comfortable, reasonably-priced, central location in Breckenridge.
