Welcome to our cozy and quiet Villa Tahoe Condo Vacation Rental in beautiful South Lake Tahoe, California. The condo is conveniently located just off of Ski Run Blvd and Pioneer Trail, right in between the Lake Tahoe Marina and Heavenly Mountain Ski Resort.
Our Villa Tahoe Condo is a 900 square foot, two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit on the second floor of a two-story condominium. The unit itself is all one level. It has two queen beds and two twin, fold-away sleeper mats. It will comfortably sleep four adults. The maximum occupancy is six persons. It is fully furnished and includes amenities such as a 12-in-1 game table (foosball, mini-pool/ping-pong/hockey, etc.), dart board, cable TV with DVD/VCR, full kitchen, and wood fireplace. A swimming pool and on-site, coin-operated laundry facility are also available.

We stayed at this condo over President's Day holiday and it was perfect for our group of five. It's even cozier in-person than in the pictures and it had all the amenities we could want and more. Daniel is a pleasure to work with - very professional. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the VillaTahoe condo while on a family vacation with my wife and two sons (aged 17 and 23). The condo is very nicely located close to the ski hill and the rental outlets and we walked in to the casinos across the Nevada state line. There are lots of good resturaunts close by as well. The condo itself is nicely laid out and we enjoyed the game table that is in the place with mini versions of ping pong, air hockey, foose ball, shuffle board, etc. The boys thought that was great. The condo has lots of room for a family of four and is very functional.

The condo was perfect for our weekend use. It's very clean, in a great location and has all the things you could ask for (TV's, DVD player, multi-game table, well stocked kitchen). We would definitely stay again when we next visit So. Lake Tahoe!

The condo is in a very good location: quick drive gets you to the lake, the marinas, Heavenly, shopping, and many restaurants. Its in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Very well stocked kitchen with all appliances, rooms are very clean and everything was well maintained. Perfect for a small family. We look forward to staying here again this winter.

The condo was a perfect for our family with 3 kids - great location, the kitchen is great, quiet at nights, etc. We had a wonderful time hiking and playing at the lake. It was nice to be able to watch movies and play family games at night.
