The spectacular beaches of Long Bay, Bay Rouge, Plum Bay and Cupecoy are all within a 5 minute drive. Marigot, the capital of French St. Martin, has wonderful shopping and fabulous restaurants. Dutch-side nightlife entertainment with casinos and nightclubs are a short 10 minute drive.
The unit is completely refurbished with beautiful new furnishings, appliances and accessories. The townhouse consists of 2-bedrooms, 2-baths (1-bedroom, 1 bath also available) with an oceanfront terrace and a second story sundeck for private sun bathing. The fully equipped kitchen leads into the dining and living room areas. Each bedroom contains a queen-sized bed. The lower level bedroom also contains a full-sized futon.
