This property has it all. It is walking distance to the slopes and to Snake River (which you can hear from the Master Bedroom and deck). Recently refurbished, it contains very nice furniture - not your "typical" rental furniture. The kitchen has all new floors, countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms are gorgeously appointed and the bedrooms and living room have lovely furniture. The owners use this property, too, so it is kept very clean and in very good condition. Also, the owners provide a "goody basket" for all their renters (with helpful items like Kleenex and fun items like chocolate!) and also provide maps to local attractions for all renters -- even discount cards for the local grocery stores!
The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed (could sleep 4 if necessary!) and the 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed; each bedroom has its own private bath. Also, there is a very comfy (new) queen pull-out sofa in the living room. Master bath has a jetted tub and a washer/dryer in it.
In the summer, sit on the deck and enjoy the GORGEOUS views of the mountains. Listen to the Snake River flow by, and watch the hummingbirds stop by for a drink. You can't get much more relaxing that that! Or step right outside the door and walk just paces to the paved trail along which you can walk, run, or bike to River Run Village or all the way down to Dillon Lake and beyond if you want. What a beautiful scenic trail this is; you'll be delighted!
For winter guests, the condo offers the perfect location -- right at the base of the slopes (the Peru & Argentine Express lifts).
There is a parking lot, so you do not have to park on the street. There is also a FREE SHUTTLE that has a stop very close to the condo. If you want to go to Breckenridge, it's just over the mountain - a ten/fifteen minute drive. If you want to shop, the outlets in Silverthorne are just 5 minutes away.
This condo has it all! Also note that the owners do NOT require a 3 day minimum stay as many do.

- Dillon Marina is close by, which is a great place to run, bike, or just sit by the water and have a drink at their fun little outdoor tiki bar! Anything you could want to do is nearby - restaurants, the mountains, outlet shopping, the river, trails (paved or wooded), scenic drives up to the Continental Divide.

The Mountain House neighborhood is only 200 yards from the ski lifts, and is located between Keystone Village and River Run Village, at the base of Dercum Mountain. The Argentine Lift and Peru Express provide access to the A51 Terrain Park for a little more challenge and fun, while you also have access to the Discovery, Poma and Magic carpets in the one of the largest learning areas of the mountain. With a ski school and children’s center, rental shops, retail shops, dining, youth zone with arcade, and lift ticket office, Mountain House has everything you’ll need right there. Shuttle service is also provided from the Mountain House neighborhood to the nearby Keystone Village.
The Adventure Center is located in Lakeside Village, near the Keystone Lodge. This is the center for kids activities, including paddle boating, kayak and canoe rentals, fish feeding and bike rentals. The condo is perfect and I'll be back. The weather was wonderful! We walked over to the slopes with our disks to sled; workers buzzing around on their snowmobiles just smiled and waived at us. We did all the girly things... mani/pedi's, hair highlights, eyebrow waxings, etc. Lots of shopping of course and "staying in" with the fireplace going, shrimp on the grill (among other good home cooked meals. Was nice not to have to eat out.... saved $$$), a spontaneous jaunt over to Breck, a scenic trip over the pass where we had a Kodak frenzy, movies, bowling and the Silverthorne Rec center for hot tub, sauna, steamroom and a wonderful water slide. Absolutely perfect! So, just want to say thank you. I cannot wait to come back!!!

This is the best place to stay in Keystone. It is kid friendly and has great access to hiking/biking trails and ski in and ski out benefits. The condo is very comfortable and clean. The bed is really comfy. We will definitely be back to visit.

Hi Allison, Just wanted to thank you for our stay at your condo. We had a great time and look forward to returning, possibly next summer. The directions you supplied were easy to follow. It was raining on our arrival, but the weather was perfect after that. It has been around 100 degrees in Kansas City since our return, so we miss the cool mountains. Your condo was just as advertised and was super clean. The view was superb and we enjoyed just sitting on the deck. Your place had everything we needed. Thanks again for sharing your "home". Howard
