"WOW" is the best way to describe this first floor beach front unit. Every time we walk in, it amazes us how nice it can be. It is like being the only unit in the building, very few steps from your car, making it easy to pack groceries in and the pools and hot tubs are right out your front and back doors. 2350 sq foot of living space leaves plenty of room for all. Three baths make it easy getting everybody ready without having to start 3 hrs ahead of time. Wake up each morning with the sunrise on the best mattresses you have ever slept on.

There is nothing I dislike more than to go outside my unit, down the hall or up to a different floor to get to the laundry room. I LOVE having a washer and dryer like home. No more quarters either.

Dining out can be from uptown to ocean deck. There are lots of local non-chain restaurants that have the best food and reasonable prices. We have some of them listed in the unit for your convenience when you get here.

If you have had plenty of beach for a day, Disney is only an hour away, St Augustine is just up the road and the Kennedy Space Center is south of you. Renting a boat and a fishing pole is our favorite thing to do. Don't worry they will show you everything you need to know. It is best if you have driven a boat before, if not I'm sure someone can help you.

Plenty of things to do after the sun goes down, miniture golf, movies, ice cream and shopping. Going up to the main street pier and seeing the band shell is nice, it has all been renovated, parking is a breeze and the atmosphere is great.

  • We have just returned from a month long stay at Cathy and Terry's condo. We loved everything about it. The weather was absolutely FANTASTIC! The condo and building was top of the line. Everything inside and out was immaculate and well-maintained. It is all they said it would be. We especially loved the fax machine, computer line and unlimited long distance. It made it so easy to keep in touch with our office up north. We hardly knew we were "working." Thanks again - WE SHALL RETURN ASAP.

  • This is an awesome unit! It is extremely pretty yet very comfortable. Terry is so good to work with in making your arrangements. The mattresses are very comfortable, therefore, you get a good nights sleep and I like the fact that there is full sized washer and dryer instead of the apartment stacked size. We loved the first floor; it's very convenient to both pools and the beach. We are definitely planning to go back next year.   • This condo is awesome. We stayed a week during April at Easter this past spring. We had such a wonderful week. The unit is huge and is furnished so nice. We loved being on the first floor close to everything. This is a perfect location for a stay in Florida. The two pools were great and we beach access was easy. We used the game room and met the property manager. She was so nice and helpful. Terry and Kathy are great folks to work with when making arrangements for your stay. We want to return next spring again. This unit is superior and rates number 1 for us in all of the units we have stayed in during the past 10 years traveling to Daytona every spring.

  • Terry & Kathy-Thanks so much for sharing your home away from home with my family. Your condo is awesome, from the furnishings, to the view to the easy access to everything on the property. This past Christmas holiday was our 15th year to spend at the beach but our 1st time to Daytona. We were well pleased. Our kids are at the ages to enjoy Disney but I wasn't willing to give up the beach so we found a way to do both. Stay at your lovely condo and drive to Disney. The drive was about 1 hour and 10-15 minutes-not bad at all. Hoping to do it again this year. Thanks again for sharing with us. Tammy Nethery
