My family stayed in the condo for a week again this year and had a great time! The condo is gorgeous and the location is so convenient that carrying in luggage or groceries is a breeze. We swam in all 3 pools and enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and the pool tables during our stay. This was my 15 month old grandson's first trip and he had a blast. And even though he is teething and kept my daughter and her husband up one night, my husband and I, and our son and daughter in law weren't bothered while we slept in our rooms! We miss the sound of the ocean already. Its hard to beat sliding a glasss door open to such a magnificent view of the ocean. The only thing I would suggest is that the name of a local food bank be given to the renter, as we threw out way to much food at the end of our stay that we couldnt fit in our luggage or was perishable.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This place is truly amazing! We are extremely cautious about where we choose to stay. This condo is everything as described, and much more. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. The beach access and, not one but two pools ( actually 3 pools--one is enclosed, again, just a few steps away) are literally just a few steps away from your patio. EVERYTHING is convenient, including the parking and front lobby. When we return to Daytona, THIS is the condo we will be looking for!

In the words of my 6 year old son, "We hit the jackpot"!! He was right!! This condo is beautiful & has everything a family could ask for! It is perfect for a family or a couple of families to gather together & enjoy Daytona! We will be returning!!

Wonderful Vacation

This is our second year in a row to stay at this condo. Our family vacation was wonderful. The weather was great and the condo is like home away from home. First floor is the way to go. The way the condo is described is exactly what you get and more! Can't wait for a return trip! Terry and Cathy are the greatest people you could ever work with.

This is my family's 4th year at the St Maartin and the 3rd year in this vacation home. Words cannot express how beautyful it is and how much we enjoy our time there. This vacation was wonderful! We have never stayed at the St Maarten or on a first floor unit before, but this is one trip that we will repeat again! We have been coming to Daytona Beach for 25 years and this is the best vacation we have ever had. The condo is exactly as described and Terry and Cathy are the best to work with. We had a wonderful time and loved the unit. It was the best location of the whole complex. We truly enjoyed the trip and want to go back soon! We just returned from Daytona, and are relaxed and ready to go back there again soon!! Cathy and Terry - thanks so much for sharing your condo with us! We had a great time, and felt like we were at home the whole time! We can't wait to go back next year, and certainly hope that we'll be able to stay at your place again!! Our son, Jack - (age 3 1/2) had a great time at the pool and the ocean, and the VERY comfortable beds caused him to sleep until 8:00 or 8:30am every day - he's usually up at 5:30am!! Thanks again for everything! We had a great week.

What a great place to stay and enjoy all of the amenities that Terry and Cathy so graciously allowed us to use. We stayed in this beautiful condo June 6-13 and we had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. My parents, my husband and our two girls really enjoyed being on the first floor, with the patio leading directly to the pools and beach. (That was the best part!) We hope to spend another vacation here real soon!

We have just returned from a month long stay at Cathy and Terry's condo. We loved everything about it. The weather was absolutely FANTASTIC! The condo and building was top of the line. Everything inside and out was immaculate and well-maintained. It is all they said it would be. We especially loved the fax machine, computer line and unlimited long distance. It made it so easy to keep in touch with our office up north. We hardly knew we were "working." Thanks again - WE SHALL RETURN ASAP.

We just returned from a two week stay (July 12 through 26 2008) and found this unit to be all that it was advertised to be and them some. In- fact it was the best unit we have ever stayed in bar none. I would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends. The landlords Terry and Cathy, stand ready to make everything just right.

WOW!!!!!! This was a great condo!! We loved the first floor .. Just walk out and theres the pools and the beach. The inside pool was also close. Daytona was beautiful. We had a wonderful, relaxing week. Thanks Terry & Cathy for sharing your vacation home with us. You'll here from us again

This is an awesome unit! It is extremely pretty yet very comfortable. Terry is so good to work with in making your arrangements. The mattresses are very comfortable, therefore, you get a good nights sleep and I like the fact that there is full sized washer and dryer instead of the apartment stacked size. We loved the first floor; it's very convenient to both pools and the beach. We are definitely planning to go back next year. This condo is awesome. We stayed a week during April at Easter this past spring. We had such a wonderful week. The unit is huge and is furnished so nice. We loved being on the first floor close to everything. This is a perfect location for a stay in Florida. The two pools were great and we beach access was easy. We used the game room and met the property manager. She was so nice and helpful. Terry and Kathy are great folks to work with when making arrangements for your stay. We want to return next spring again. This unit is superior and rates number 1 for us in all of the units we have stayed in during the past 10 years traveling to Daytona every spring.

Terry & Kathy-Thanks so much for sharing your home away from home with my family. Your condo is awesome, from the furnishings, to the view to the easy access to everything on the property. This past Christmas holiday was our 15th year to spend at the beach but our 1st time to Daytona. We were well pleased. Our kids are at the ages to enjoy Disney but I wasn't willing to give up the beach so we found a way to do both. Stay at your lovely condo and drive to Disney. The drive was about 1 hour and 10-15 minutes-not bad at all. Hoping to do it again this year. Thanks again for sharing with us. Tammy Nethery

WOW! is the only word that comes to mind when describing this small piece of heaven on earth. From the breath-taking ocean view to the plush and comfortable ammenities, this home is a joy to visit. Anyone who loves the ocean as I do knows the peace and relaxation that comes from simply sitting, watching, and listening from the private balcony as the waves play their never ending melody. This home is tastefully decorated with many little touches that make it feel as if you are in your own home. My family was so blessed to be able to share this beachfront home with the wonderful owners who have made their home so welcoming to others.All modern conveniences are included, so all that is needed for a wonderful trip are swimsuits, groceries, and plenty of time to relax!
