A large 55 inch TV with 3 smaller ones in bedrooms and living room. A large sauna to relax you after a day of shopping. House has eight four-by-eight windows in front of house so that the lake and fishermen can be seen from anywhere in the house. The house has three levels, first level has a 32 by 25 living room with 55 inch TV and gas log stove along with a four person sauna and ping pong table. Also step from 1/st level deck on to one of the best beaches on pond.
The 2nd level has a living room, dining room,complete kitchen with dishwasher, all the kitchen utensils you have at home and a jenair grill in kitchen counter. 2/nd level also has a full bath with washer and dryer.
The 3rd level has two 15 by 25 bedrooms with California king size beds and beautiful view of lake with five four by eight windows. It also has a large bath connecting from each bedroom. Each room has its own thermostat. House is six zone hot water heat. Two or three couples, Or one family. RESTRICTIONS NO PETS SIX PEOPLE MAX STRICKLY ENFORCED It has a large deck over a beach with a gas grill hooked to house gas. It also has a large raft on the pond with boats available. Hot tub NOT available during summer months.
