A beautiful 40 foot beach within 15 feet of your deck. This is a private beach and not shared with anyone else in the development. It also comes with an LL Bean canoe and small rowboat, along with a fiberglass raft with ladder about 50 feet out , unlike the other wooden ones on the lake. There is also a dock extending about twenty feet into the water. There is also a 50 foot deck overlooking the beach and it has a table and chairs. A large 30 inch flat screen TV on first level with a 32 inch HD on wall in master bedroom and a 46 inch thin flat screen in living room. A large sauna and hot tub to relax you after a day of shopping or skiing. House has eight four-by-eight windows in front of house so that the lake and fishermen in there bob shacks can be seen from anywhere in the house. The house has three levels, first level has a 32 by 25 living room with 30 inch TV and a four person sauna, Also a gas log stove and ping pong table. Step from 1/st level deck on to one of the best beaches on pond.
The 2nd level has a living room, with 46 inch flat screen TV with over two hundred stations and gas log fireplace along with a private hot tub with the water changed for each rental (not shared) The dining room,is an open concept and the kitchen is complete with dishwasher,micro wave, even a coffee grinder if you like to grind your DD. It has all the kitchen utensils you have at home 2/nd level also has a full bath with washer and dryer.
The 3rd level has two 15 by 25 bedrooms with California king size beds and beautiful view of lake with five four by eight windows. It also has a large bath connecting from each bedroom. Each room has its own thermostat. House is six zone hot water heat. Two couples, Or one family.Six people in family max. RESTRICTIONS-- NO PETS FIRMLY ENFORCED Also you must be at least 25 to rent this house. It has a large deck over a beach with a gas grill hooked to house gas. It also has a large raft on the pond with boats available. Hot tub available after Sept 15/th. until Memorial day. Not available June, July and August My wife wanted this house built so that she could look at the lake at all times, even when washing dishes in the kitchen. THIS HOUSE IS 32 by 32 OR ABOUT 2700 SQ. FT ON THREE LEVELS SO IT IS NOT A SMALL HOUSE. PS The house is decorated for the holidays.
The hot tub and gas logs are not available during June, July and August

My wife and I brought our 3 young children here for 6 days, and we hated to go home. Minutes to downtown North Conway, yet it seems a world away due to the peace and tranquility of the lake. We couldn't have asked for a better house and location, and are looking forward to returning next year.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
