  Family reunion - 9 adults and 8 small children (ages 1/2 to 8 years old) We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was spacious and very attractive. So many nice features. Everything worked properly. Location was convenient to all the activities and attractions we were interested in, mostly within walking distance, even with the children. Area was quiet at night. Our property coordinator was helpful and very accommodating. He made the arrival and departure better experiences than we expected. He also checked in during the week to insure that all was going well. We would recommend this property and would even stay here again.

  The Conch Casa description was listed accurately regarding being close to everything in old town. We utilized the laundry facilities in the house and the kitchen with the extra refrigerator was perfect for our group of 14. The pool wasn't large but it certainly met our needs. The interior of the home was beautiful. The hardwood floors and furniture was easy and comfortable. The 6 master suite bedrooms were perfect allowing each couple to have their own bathroom. The only downside to the home was the small stairway to the third floor which made taking suitcases up and down more difficult. The third floor suite has a queen bed which felt small compared to the king beds in every other bedroom. We experienced a difficulty with the third floor bathroom but it was resolved the next day. Shel provided us with friendly customer service and support. We loved being close to Fort Zachery beach and enjoyed the sunsets there. Music on the Key was terrific as was the food. Our favorites for music was The Green Parrot and for food, the incredible Brazilian restaurant, Blue Heaven, The Creparie, and Kermits for the frozen key lime pie on a stick and other goodies. The people in our group who toured the Hemingway House were disappointed in their guide but loved the Conch Train with all the information it gave. We loved renting bicycles for the week which allowed us to really get out. We did make a trip to the Community Hospital ER as one of our party fell off the bike and hit her head. We had good and friendly service and fortunately, no lasting issues.

  We celebrated a family reunion in this house with 6 children and 8 adults, and two small dogs. It was perfect! Great neighborhood, close to everything, quiet. House was plenty big with big rooms and lots of living space for group gathering. A separate den with a big TV on the first floor was great for the kids. With 7 large bedroom suites, there was even an extra. The pool was small but heated and cleaned regularly. The property is fenced in. Our property manager,Shel, was great and looking after our every need. You can't go wrong with this spacious, modern, and comfortable house in Old Town Key West.

  Our large extended family spent the Month of December this lovely home. Shel was, as in past visits, available, professional and efficient during the entire stay. This support makes the stay a worry free event. The home has large bedrooms with private baths so all of our guests had their privacy. The office –library was also a bonus for the few who had to do some work during their stay. Comfortably appointed with lots of open space and seating for 12 at dinner makes this best for a large group. The location is quiet but within a short walk to Old Town highlights.

  My family and friends (the Thanksgiving gang of 14) find interesting destinations to spend the holiday week together. We come from all of the country to enjoy this holiday time together. It is difficult to find a house large enough to accommodate the group. We need a minimum of 7 bedrooms. When I found this house on HomeAway, it looked like the perfect place. And it was!! It is located near all of the action of Key West yet sheltered in the Truman Annex from street noise and the wonderfulness of Duval Street and Mallory Square activities. We rented bikes for the week and were able to explore all of the interests of the island without the traffic and parking headaches. The house has five master bedroom suites, a sixth bedroom with a bath on the 3rd floor that also has a large loft area with futons to sleep two or more. Ideal for retreating to ones own space after a full day of activities and frivolity. The house has all of the amenities one needs for a week away from home. TVs for all and a DVD and library room for those that wanted another activity. The biggest asset of the house is the layout of the first floor. The kitchen is open to the dining and living area providing a perfect environment for all of us to be together eating, drinking, laughing, playing guitar and singing until our sides (and bellies) hurt!! There was room to dance as well as have a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner for 16 seated at tables comfortably spaced in room. This room also has a wall of french doors and windows high to the ceiling that extend the room out to the pool and enclosed patio area. The pool was heated and the kids from the cold northeast relished the time they played in the sunshine and pool. We were greeted by our Guest Services Manager, Shel who welcomed us as if we were old friends, remembering our names at first introduction (remember there were 14 of us!). When there were a few issues needing resolution, Shel immediately took care of things ensuring that our stay would be perfect from the beginning. Not only was he efficient and professional, his warm smile and sincerity was an immediate indication to us that this week would be perfect. Shel was a definite contributor to our wonderful week. The house as advertised is accurate. It is very clean and as I mentioned at the start, a location not more perfect can be found. We are already talking about returning to this house and Key West. We will look for Shel to greet us.

  I rented this house for my 40th birthday, and had several friends and family pass through during my ten days there. All have said this was one of their best vacations. The house was very welcoming, and spacious enough for everyone to have some privacy and to be comfortable. The location was perfect, and the pool was great! Shel was our guest services person. He was awesome in providing direction on how to navigate the area....restaurants that weren't too touristy, stores, etc. He was very responsive, took pleasure in walking us through the house, and just an overall great guy. His help made the experience even better!

  We have a big family and the house was great for 9 of us.There were a few problems that popped up on arrival but they were handled with a level of proffessionalism and care the degree to which I have seldom experienced by Shel. He took time out of his schedule for several days to personally attend to issues. We had a great stay.

  Through a stroke of luck, I secured this wonderful home for my family and friends. It could not have been more perfect. It is located in a beautiful safe neighborhood just a short jaunt to all the hot spots and the sunset celebration each day. With such a big group, we chose to cook in each night. The kitchen was very well equipped. Gas grill was great. We gave the coffee pot a big work out, too. The kitchen and dining/living area faces a wall of windows and the sun shining through the beautiful pink flowers over the pool each morning was to die for. I still close my eyes and think about it. Rachel, our guest services contact, was very attentive to our needs. She could not have been any better. The house was all I could have asked for, too. My family and friends said this was the most relaxed and enjoyable vacation they have had in a long time and I can say the house was a big part of that. And I will have to say, we all thought we looked so much better in this great house. You will not go wrong with this property and I so hope things work out for us to get back again next year. King beds, great bathrooms, plenty of tvs, clean, neat, and well appointed, it made Key West the perfect place to have fun, and we certainly did that. And..the internet connection was smoking fast. My future son-in-law owns an internet business and he was very impressed with the speed. Plenty of pool towels in a basket by the door, sunscreen, bug spray, flashlights, two refrigerators (for that extra beer), like I said, attention to details. We will be back!   The house was perfect! Just what we were looking for. Plenty of room for the entire crew to eat together and watch football. Quiet neighborhood, but close to town. House was well maintained, very clean and organized. No clutter and beautifully decorated. Would recommend house to friends and family and rent again next year. Thanks

  My large family stayed here through New Year's and it was awesome. The place was spotless when we arrived. There are not many homes as big as this in Old Town and everyone appreciated the fact that they had their own private full bathroom attached to each bedroom. There is a huge hang out area next to the open kitchen, which then opens to the pool. The house is only 2 blocks from Duval Street and only 3 blocks from the grocery store so it's perfect for impromptu strolls or snack runs. Rachel, our rental contact, was awesome and checked in a few times to make sure that all was well and we were enjoying ourselves. One bonus: no bugs! We have rented in Old Town at least 4 times and every place had an issue with teeny ants...but not this place. Worth every penny you'll spend for priceless happy memories.
