The Hamilton features 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, with additional sleeping areas. Guest House #1 features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Guest House #2 features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Swan Cove Compound is a luxury, waterfront vacation getaway on 25+ acres surrounded by hundreds of acres of woods, meadows, and farms. You will see wide, panoramic water views from almost anywhere on the estate. Accommodations available for very small groups, up to large groups/weddings/corporate getaways. Accommodations include 22 bedrooms plus additional sleeping area, e.g. sleep sofas, trundle beds, etc. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, boating and romantic waterfront sunsets.
