2 bedroom 2 bath condos walking distance to grocery stores, churches, parks and schools. Large Pool, playgrounds and basketball courts. Interiors feature a granite topped kitchen counter.
The master features a king, the second bedroom a queen, to sleep 4 total. At the end of the day, enjoy TV/DVD combos in Living room and master bedroom, or sit on the back patio for a private wooded area view).

Why the Owner Chose Dolphin Villas
We love Dolphin Villas for ease in parking, the wooded lot behind for balcony privacy, the large pool area. A nice quiet place and a short drive or walk to the beach.

We owned a new condo at Seawind, but chose this as we chose not having to fight the crowds and elevators was much better.
