You only need clothes and food. Exquisitely furnished including fireplace, fabulous king size beds in both bedrooms, and furnishings that match the quality of this unit. Ceramic tile in living areas throughout. There is a variety of seating on the balcony along with a large table for outside dining.
You'll have lots of space in which to get lost. Each bedroom has a T.V. and plenty of storage space. The spacious living room includes Big Screen TV along with stereo and DVD. The large Master Bedroom, with private entrance to a cozy section of the balcony, features a king bed, his & her chests, large T.V., walk-in closet, great bathroom and view of the ocean. The guest bedroom features another king bed and T.V.
The kitchen is to die for with all amenities such as a toaster, food processor, blender, and other critical appliances. Granite counter tops throughout with a massive island just right for sitting around during meal preparation. There are also plenty of barstools to make everyone comfortable. The dining room table easily seats six along with the nearby eating space around the bar and island. Even a walk-in pantry is available if one chooses to stock up on food. Both washer & dryer are included in the condo.
The beach is only a few steps away and the view from the balcony features an unobstructed look at the beach, pool and ocean. Dolphin and whale sightings from the balcony are always a possibility. The private pool/spa is reserved for Surf Club III residents/guests only and there is a large grill and party area for entertaining around the pool. Tennis courts, shuffle board, and lots of golf courses are on the property or nearby. Hiking and biking trails run right through the property and a nearby boat launch area and private "daylight only" boat house are part of this great package. This gated condominium can't be beat for the view or the location.
