Located just two blocks away from the base of the Warm Springs ski lifts, this well maintained home features modern mountain architecture designed with today's ski traveler in mind. The main living area, situated on the second floor of the home to take full advantage of daylight and incredible mountain views, includes hardwood floors, and a floor to ceiling river rock gas log fireplace. The cozy dining area features a custom pine dinner table built especially for this home and a modern kitchen with granite counter tops. The great room is topped off with a direct view of Bald Mountain through multiple windows and spacious deck.
Large enough for the whole family, this home sleeps a maximum of eight people through four bedrooms, each with a full bath. The master bedroom, located on the second level, features a king sized bed and access to a private hot tub on the back deck. The master bath includes a fully tiled walk-in shower with two shower heads. The second bedroom, located downstairs, features a queen sized bed. The two remaining bedrooms offer choices of either twin of king sized beds.
Additionally, the home includes a full laundry room on the ground floor, a two-car garage, and a heated paver brick driveway.
Available in the summer, rental of the property also includes access to the recreational facilities of the Prospector Club, located just a short walk away, featuring two tennis courts and a pool.
