Welcome to our home away from home. Our very cozy, three bedroom, full kitchen condo includes a covered deck which has a gas grill, and deck chairs to enjoy the beautiful view of Quandary Peak.
The condo has a private entrance on the third floor. The unit has three bedrooms, 1 1/4 bath, and a washer and dryer. The linens are all provided and the kitchen has all of the cooking/eating, utensils you will need, and includes upgraded stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
Our Breckenridge condo has "hot tub" access, for a relaxing time after a fun day.
The condo is equipped with local Breckenridge cable stations along with ESPN, FOX and additional channels to include HBO. The local Summit Daily newspaper is delivered to the complex daily. There is a play area in front for the children and a sled hill in the back for children and adults as well.
Beds in unit are one queen, two full, one twin and a queen sofa sleeper. All linens are provided.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
*Refundable Damage Deposit is equal to 1-night rent and it is due within 7 days of reservation. A confirmation will be sent on receipt.
*Full refund less $100 service charge will be given on reservations cancelled more than 30 days before arrival.
*Booking Inside the Cancellation Period:
Booking 30 days or less prior to arrival requires full payment due on a credit card at time of booking. If cancellation occurs there is no refund.
*Damage Deposit:
A credit card will be kept on file until the unit is clean and damage is not reported, this is to insure against damage beyond normal wear and tear or abnormal housekeeping. Providing no damage or abuse has occurred no charges will be made.
