This beautifully designed, custom home is designer furnished and turnkey equipped. Located in historic Old Town, directly between the Park City Mountain Resort, Main Street, and the Town Lift. Three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and radiant heat throughout the house.

A quick five minute walk to the restaurants and shops of historic Main Street. The Park City Mountain Resort is also a short five minute walk down the hill from this beautiful home. During Sundance, the Library and Egyptian Theatres are just a few blocks away. You can also access the free city wide bus service from this location. Ride the bus or five minutes by car will bring you to the Deer Valley or the Canyons Ski Resort.
Main Level - Living Room, Central Kitchen, Separate Bedroom and Full Bathroom
The main level opens to a large kitchen with all the amenities of your own home. Island breakfast bar/dining area, living room with leather couches and chairs, fireplace, 50" flat screen high-definition TV with Bose surround sound, DirecTV and HBO. Directly off the living room you’ll find a door leading to a side patio with outdoor seating and a gas grill. The bedroom on this level has a queen size bed and an attached full bath. Also enjoy the convenience of purified water - reverse osmosis system.
Top Level - Master Bedroom and Private Bath, Second Bedroom and Private Full Bath
On the top level you’ll find a stunning deck with private hot tub, vaulted ceilings in the spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed, large master bath, shower with dual shower heads, dual sinks and another brand new Sony high-definition television. The second bedroom on this floor is completely separate and has a couch with a pullout full sized bed and a private/separate full bathroom. There is also a very comfortable AeroBed mattress. All bathrooms have custom tile.
On the lower level is the main entry way also with radiant floor heat, mud room with heated storage and a storage rack for skis, snowboards and boots, washer and dryer, and bathroom.
This newer home is smoke-free. It was meticulously constructed and perfectly maintained. Beautiful craftsmanship and attention to detail. Radiant heat through the house will keep you warm and comfortable.
Home comes equipped with 2 large HD televisions, DVD players with an extensive library of DVD's and board games for the family.

Our stay in this home was everything we expected. We found the home very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well outfitted to meet the needs of any family chef. The location is convenient enough to walk into town although after a day of skiing and a full stomach from one of the town restaurants, walking back up the steps to the house reminds you that you are at altitude. Definetly a home to consider, we will again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

This is the perfect house in Park City. Easy access to Deer Valley (by bus) or Park City ski area (walk) and Main street (walk). Beautiful interior, great amenities, everything you coul wish for. Thanks again Brian for letting us stay in your wonderful house!

My family (3 couples, 1 toddler) stayed here over New Years and loved the house. We're used to vacation homes having cramped common rooms, but this place has a huge living room / kitchen. It was clean and fully stocked - modern appliances, kitchen stuff (dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc.), big tv, lots of DVDs. And the hot tub on the deck gives you a great view of downtown Park City. The location is great - we were able to walk to the base of the mountain (it's about 7 minutes downhill there, 10 minutes back) and walk to downtown as well. The owner was easy to reach and kept in contact throughout our stay, answering all my dumb questions. I highly recommend this house - you'll love it!
