Whether cooking a savory meal in the bright and spacious kitchen or enjoying a cup of coffee at sunrise on the lanai, you will feel relaxed and completely at ease.
Island Beach Club was completed in 1999 and has been exquisitely maintained ever since. This upscale condominium community is a private, gated waterfront property with lush, tropical grounds located on an island off the southern coast of Fort Myers Beach. There is a heated pool, hot tub, private tennis courts, and much more.
From the open concept living and dining area, there are triple sliding glass doors leading out to the screened lanai with panoramic views of the surrounding inlets and waterways. The lanai offers tiled flooring, a ceiling fan, lounge chairs as well as a glass table that seats four comfortably. Sit out here and let the most amazing sunrises wash over you.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, cable TV, nightstands, a ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and private bath. There is a private balcony where you can listen to the waves rush ashore.
The second bedroom has a set of twin beds, offering plenty of extra sleeping space, a full-size chest of drawers, mirror, walk-in closet and private bath.
There are two sets of linens for the bedrooms as well as towels adding comfort and ease to your stay. There is also a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, laundry tub, cabinets, iron and ironing board, all for your added convenience.
The kitchen includes a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with both a water and ice dispenser, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, blender, toaster oven, and coffee maker. There is also a complete set of kitchenware.
There is a trolley that will pick you up right outside your door that will take you into town, Times Square, for only a quarter. If you would rather spend time exploring nature there is a wildlife preserve just a short walk away. Lover's Key State Park offers amazing shelling, bird watching, kayaking and much more. There is golfing, fishing, swimming, cruise boats, museums and shopping all within reach.
Enjoy a leisurely day on the beach and eat a yummy lunch or dinner at 'Flippers' just steps away or grill freshly caught fish by the shore and then take a peaceful walk through the park. Go out on the town, or go for a run, whatever tickles your fancy. The opportunities are endless, paradise awaits...Please not November through April are monthly rentals only - May through October are two week minimums.
