Our private home is 4 houses from Arrowhead Lake Association Trail for fishing, hiking, or walking your dog! Private swimming beaches are approximately 2 to 4 miles drive, depending on your choice of beach, we provide access card. Our home has 4 bedrooms, one of which has a small air hockey table and full-sized futon, large living room, and a large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and includes most staples you would need to cook anything, that includes ketchup, relish, mayo, mustard, soy sauce, oil, olive oil, flour, tea, coffee, sugar, and balsamic vinegar. You will feel right at home. No garage sale or hand-me-down junk here! We supply all your linens and towels, which are nice in quality, and soaps. There is a washer and dryer in the 2 car garage, you have access with remote. Cable TV with 27 inch TV/DVD in living room, 25 inch TV in Master Bedroom, WiFi High Speed Internet, Unlimited Local and Long Distance phone calls to 48 states, DVD/video library for your enjoyment, and you can plug your iPod or MP3 player into our iHome stereo system, are just some of the features that adorn this home. Barbeque your dinner with our natural gas barbeque grill, no tanks to fill, and savor it on our delightful brick patio. Cozy up on our leather couches and enjoy our large, wood fireplace with gas starter. Well-behaved pet is allowed. You must keep your pet off the furniture. Pet fee and additional deposit will be required. No smoking is allowed on the premisses. This is our third vacation rental, we are seasoned vacation rental owners. Holidays .. $225/night. Construction is on neighbor lot
7% Bed Tax, since we are legitimate and Chamber members, $85 Cleaning Fee and
$300-$350 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit are required.
Pet Fee is $25 per night for each pet or $175 per stay.
