This is an extraordinary two bedroom condo on Okaloosa Island in a 30 unit beachfront complex called Summerlin. Unit has free WiFi, 3 TVs, a DVD/VCR, a DVD in Master Bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room which seats 6, and a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer--your home at the beach.
Unit can sleep up to 6. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a pillow top mattress and its own private bath. The sliding glass doors open to your balcony. The second bedroom, with its own access to the hall bathroom, is nicely decorated with 2 twin beds. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper and 2 rocker/recliners. Balcony has top quality furniture with ample seating.
WE INCLUDE BEACH SERVICE FROM MARCH 1 TO OCTOBER 31 WITH EACH RENTAL.

What a great unit!!! The only thing missing was a butler! Clean and fully stocked with everything we needed! Plenty of room and loved the walk-in closets! The full size washer and dryer came in so handy! LOVED our own private parking spot (under the building and out of the sun) and the deck box to keep all of our sand stuff in! And the large balcony with walk outs from both the living room and master bedroom was perfect! We have stayed in Pelican Isle, Island Echos and now, Summerlin....and this was our favorite! Thanks to the owners for having such a great unit that we could enjoy!! Hopefully your unit will be available when we return to Destin!!!

I can't tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your condo. Your place is just lovely and so well equipped. I brought things down that I didn't even need. The view from the balcony is fantastic. We spent many an hour just taking in all of the beauty. I was concerned about being up so high but it was wonderful. your condo is so pretty and comfortable. The beach serice was just icing on the cake. I would highly recommend it for anyone. There were not many other families there during our stay but the ones that were there were so friendly. The weather was beautiful. We had maybe 10 minutes of rain during the whole 2 weeks. Thank you so much for letting us use your piece of heaven on the beach.

Our recent stay at this unit was wonderful, it was clean, and the pictures are accurate! We had a wonderful time despite IKE looming along the Gulf. I would stay here again and highly recommend this unit!:)
