Paseo del Sol is a new three-story condo residence located in the gated community of Playacar adjacent to beautiful Playa del Carmen. This upscale condominium resort residence is located on the main ocean boulevard in Playacar. Upon entering the open-air lobby you will find umbrella, tables and lounge chairs surrounding the pool, pool towel service, fitness room, suana, and tennis court. You will experience vast floral garden views on spacious grounds with a golf course backdrop behind us and the ocean just across from us, but a 2 minute walk.
This deluxe condominium is a ground floor poolside unit. Each room is painted and decorated in a relaxed tropical style, beautiful colors, local art, iron work and artistic tile work run throughout the house. Each of the bedrooms offers privacy with 2 bedrooms accessing the terrace. The condo is fully air conditioned with individually remote controlled units in each area and ceiling fans throughout. For your entertainment our entertainment center provides Cable TV (English and Spanish Channels). The living room has a DVD player and a DVD-CD library, Stereo System and Wireless Internet modem. Screened doors and Windows for your sleeping comfort during the winter cool season. The condo accommodates up to 6 guests includes towels, linens, furnished patio, barbecue, a purified drinking water system, full laundry system, games and tennis rackets/balls.
The kitchen and dining areas are outfitted with everything you will need to make delicious meals or fire up the barbecue on our patio. As well as coffee maker, grinder, blender, ice maker and microwave. In addition the entire house has a water purification system. Enjoy a leisurely dinner seated at the beautiful handcrafted Indonesian wood table and leather covered chairs.
The condo living room is the perfect place to relax with family and friends over drinks, have a movie night, play games or simply head onto the patio for a late night cap near poolside.

Paseo del Sol boasts one of Playacar's largest swimming pools. The private tropical grounds surrounding the pool area are filled with palms, red ginger, bananas, bougainvillea and heliconia. The pool area is sun all day, outdoor showers, underground bathrooms, lounges, tables, and umbrellas. The perfect spot to blend up some margaritas and grill Mexican chirico, steaks, chicken, vegetables or local catch of the day. Or just lounge poolside with one of several books and magazines the condo offers.

We recommend round-trip airport transfer service from Cancun airport or a few car rental agencies available for you to book online along with a grocery stop.

The complex has a staffed concierge desk for public assistance. The outdoors facility hosts a 90 meter swimming pool, which includes swim against the current. Pool has massage jets and an attached children's pool. The concierge desk offers pool towel services and tour service brochures. A rooftop common area preserves those beautiful views of Cozumel and the Caribbean Sea.

This is truly a beautiful area. Not only for its tranquility but for the upscale lifestyle at very affordable prices. We've always enjoyed staying in spacious accommodations. When we found Paseo del Sol we could not resist buying here. We've been happy as owners since 2006 and our dream is to one day retire part-time in this clean, safe and secure location.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
There are many unique benefits. The warmth of the people are the first benefit. Then Playa del Carmen itself is now more modern then ever. Selection and Choice is second. The living standard in Playacar is exceptional. When I come here, I feel as though this is home away from home. All the benefits of home are here. No worries about being remote. The exception is Playa is tropical year round which is the direct opposite of my primary residence back home.
