Inside this spacious 1500 sq foot Mexican Contemporary style condo, you will find ample room for 6 guests. Free parking for our vacationer's with rental cars and close proximity to all shopping centers for every day convenience.

This is truly a beautiful area. Not only for its tranquility but for the upscale lifestyle at very affordable prices. We've always enjoyed staying in spacious accommodations. When we found Paseo del Sol we could not resist buying here. We've been happy as owners since 2006 and our dream is to one day retire part-time in this clean, safe and secure location.

Many Unique Benefits. The climate and the beaches are spectacular.The warmth of the people are second to known. Playa del Carmen itself is very modern and growing, offering plenty of selection and choice for vacationer's and those thinking about making it their full and part-time residence. The living standard in Playacar is exceptional. When we come down, it's a true home away from home. All the benefits of home and health care are here. SANDOZ Hospitan is here. Great shopping district and medical services are here. No worries about being remote. As of 2010, Playa is a safe haven. The Military Style police have zero tolerance on the streets and in the shopping and tourist areas. Playa is tropical year round which is a direct reversal for most of us living back home.
