This beautiful first floor condo offers a great relaxing get-a-way for a month, or the winter. This brand new condo (completed in the spring of 2006) features two bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room, and screened lanai. The kitchen also offers a casual eating area. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and DVD. The master bedroom suite also has large walk-in closet, double sink vanity, shower and private toilet. The lanai and master bedroom both offer wonderful views of the the nature preserve. The guest bedroom features two twin beds with dresser and nightstand. This unit will sleep 4-6 people with a pull-out couch.
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, linens - everything you need to set up house. The great room adjacent to the furnished screened lanai includes an entertainment center with TV and DVD player. The Lanai is furnished with a dining set for four, loveseat and two chairs. The lanai also features a ceiling fan.
Directly across from our condo, you'll enjoy a shared pool, spa and grilling area. Located behind the condo, you can join the beautiful boardwalk that leads to the remarkable walking/biking paths of the Preserve.
Less than a ten minute walk (.4 mile) is the beautiful resort-style Colonial Club House. Colonial Country Club features a full service, 18,000-square-foot clubhouse with a dining room, a grill room, and a snack bar. The fitness center is approximately 11,000 square feet and it is outfitted with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, a library, meeting room, massage rooms, golf pro shop, and activity center with a full-time director. There are eight lighted Har-Tru and two hard surface courts. The clubhouse has an extensive tennis pro shop with tennis products and services. The 18-hole championship golf course was designed by Gordon Lewis with an aquatic driving range and putting green. Colonial Country Club is very eco sensitive and has provided neighborhood parks and nature trails through its 750 acres, including approximately 150 acres of protected natural preserve areas and 150 acres of fresh water lakes.
Rental includes a social membership which entitles you to make advanced tee times at reduced rates on the beautiful Troon golf course.
Conveniently located less than 15 minutes from the new SW international airport of Fort Myers, Colonial Country Club is located off Colonial Boulevard, an east-west thoroughfare near Interstate 75. Within a short drive you'll find the famous gulf coast beaches, including Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Captiva Island. We are also 30 minutes from downtown Naples.

The property is across from pool but rule change makes that pool inacessible to property on opposite side of the street. VERY short walk to your pool. Very safe for biking and walking on True Nature trail. Grocery,hair salon are long walk or nice bike ride from condo. Furnishings are comfortable though mattresses in small bedroom no comfortable for adults. VERY clean and well maintained. Need car for restaurants except for the clubhouse. Owners very helpful in answering questions and working with me on the dates.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children.

We stayed in this very nice, comfortable, convenient condo for Jan. and Feb. 2009. Just the right size for two retired snowbirds. We can't think of one negative thing to say. The lanai was great for morning coffee. Furniture was very comfortable, especially the king bed. We used the convenient nature trail for morning walks, swimming pool, and excellent golf course. We'd love to come back!
