Your deluxe villa (ground level) includes a private enclosed patio (16x32) with table & chairs, lounge chair, BBQ and an acorn fireplace. Interior has maple hardwood floors on lower level, granite tiled bathrooms and carpeted bedrooms. Lower master bedroom has a king-size bed, 42" TV,VCR,computer with high-speed internet service, twin closets, granite tiled ensuite,with bathtub, shower and twin sinks, french doors to the patio. Upper master bedroom has a king-size bed,27" TV,VCR, large closet and granite tiled ensuite, with walk-in shower, glass sink. Small bedroom has granite tiled floor,furnished with 2 single beds, and two-piece granite tiled bathroom.
Newly furnished living room has all leather lazy-boy furnishing with seating for 8 persons. Wood fireplace, 42" TV cable, VCR,DVD/CD, sound system . Dining area has large glass table with seating for six. Galley kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home, plus adjacent table with seating for four opening to front of villa. Private parking for two vehicles. Condominium pool is 100 ft. away and ocean or exercise facilities are only a 4 minute walk. Golf and tennis are adjacent to villa. Shopping is only minutes away.

The Entire townhouse needs a deep cleaning. From the carpets to the molding to the kitchen to the sticky floors. The kitchen cabinets are old, dingy, falling apart. The kitchen tile is just gross. The appliances are dirty, including the 1970s can opener that I thankfully did not need to use. The stovetop, dirty too. The dust on top of the refrigerator was one inch thick. The kitchen does not match the baths in style or age or condition. Cobwebs in the corner of the walls, and the dust and debris behind the beds were plentiful. if not for an emergency that brought us to HHI, we would have left. I cleaned, bought my own sheets, and wished the week away. Wireless Internet, none! Printer on computer, did not work. Decor, functional but dated. Sorry for the negative review, but this was our impressions and observations. Hope the review helps others make an educated rental decision based on their desires. Thank you.

Her demands were like we never heard in 10 years of rental, from telling us when it would be possible for the cleaning company to arrive for cleaning, since she could not leave because her plane would 2:30 later and it would upset her son. He would be unbearable. She called after renting four times to demand extras. We have never had a complaint in all the years except for her. I called her husband at the villa (very polite) and tried to help him with the wireless internet and discuss the cleaning condition and he said the kitchen floor could have been cleaner. ( 2 chiped tiles) - We would not rent our villa if we had to deal with a person like this ever again.

We just returned from a week's stay and we were so impressed with the beautiful townhouse and the lush surroundings. The pool was never crowded so our grandson had a fabulous time and made friends with some other children. Quiet complex and many great restaurants/shopping venues nearby. Added bonus: less than an hour's drive to Savannah for a wonderful tour there! Hope to return next summer! NOTE: We discovered that the Westin no longer offers it's fitness center to guests of Port Royal, even for a fee. We found another facility off the property open to anyone.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We visited HHI the week of July 10th. The townhouse is beautifully decorated and is close to the pool. The walking distance to the beach from the townhouse is not far at all which is great when you have small children. Thank you!!

Wow! was our first impression! All the comforts of home and then some more! Never have I had such great cookware in a rental before. Nothing like feeling at home in someone elses kitchen! Pool is close and a short walk to the beach in front of the Westin resort. Great place to relax and play, thanks for a wonderful vacation home!
