Your deluxe villa (ground level) includes a private enclosed patio (16x32) with table & chairs, lounge chair, BBQ and an acorn fireplace. Interior has maple hardwood floors on lower level, granite tiled bathrooms and carpeted bedrooms. Lower master bedroom has a king-size bed, 27" TV,VCR,computer with high-speed internet service, twin closets, granite tiled ensuite,with bathtub, shower and twin sinks, french doors to the patio. Upper master bedroom has a king-size bed,27" TV,VCR, large closet and granite tiled ensuite, with walk-in shower, glass sink. Small bedroom has granite tiled floor,furnished with 2 single beds, and two-piece granite tiled bathroom.
Newly furnished living room has all leather lazy-boy furnishing with seating for 8 persons. Wood fireplace, 32" TV cable, VCR,DVD/CD, sound system . Dining area has large glass table with seating for six. Galley kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home, plus adjacent table with seating for four opening to front of villa. Private parking for two vehicles. Condominium pool is 100 ft. away and ocean or exercise facilities are only a 4 minute walk. Golf and tennis are adjacent to villa. Shopping is only minutes away.

April 4th thru May 2th. $1350/week, less $100 for second week stay.
May 2th thru May 23th. $1250/week, less $100 for second week stay.
May23th thru Aug 22nd. $1350/week, less $100 for second week stay.
Aug 22nd thru Oct 3rd. $1200/week, less $100 for second week stay.
Security deposit of $250.00 required to confirm booking date.
Deposit refundable upon deposit of keys. (Allow 3 - 4 weeks)
Rent due thirty days in advance of rental period.
All rental rates are totally inclusive.
