Newly decorated and refurbished three-story 'Maison De Maitre'. All rooms are light spacious and airy. Stairs to the front of the house lead to the large east facing terrace where you can enjoy 'al fresco' dining. On the first floor to the right of the entrance hall is the large sitting room, furnished with two sofas and armchairs.
This spacious and light room has two large original fireplaces and windows looking out to both the front and back of the house. Television with UK Freeview English language stations, DVD player and music centre for CDs are available for your use. Straight through the entrance hall is the large dining room with huge fireplace and wood burning stove. Dining table with seating for eight. To the left is the newly fitted kitchen, equipped with halogen hob, electric oven, fridge freezer and microwave oven.
To the left of the entrance hall is the sweeping stone staircase to the second floor. Here you will find three large bedrooms with queen size beds, one with twin beds and a small three quarter bedded room; each double bedroom has a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Two of the bedrooms has luxurious en-suite shower rooms. There is an additional family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
The garage and cellar area houses the new front-loading washing machine. Ample parking available in front of the house. The gardens and swimming pool are in front of the house. Gated for security, the garden has a covered dining area aound an old stone bread oven, where you will find shade from the heat of the day. There is also a fully equipped summer kitchen and adjoining WC. Built-in barbecue, sunloungers, parasols and dining furniture around the pool complete this idyllic poolside location. There is also a bouledrome where you can perfect your technique in the French game of Boules or Pentanque.
English owners Jackie and Mick may be in residence in their adjoining self contained property, however guests have exclusive use of the gardens and pool and their privacy will be respected at all times. Rates inclusive of linen and electricity. Additional linen changes available by arrangement.
