Being on the third floor, unit 314, means you have easy convenient access to the beach and/or pool! Quick trips to and from your unit are no hassle at all. We have quick access to the parking garage, elevators or stairs if you prefer.
Our location next to Pier Park means you are a quick 5 minute walk to the wonderful Pier Park Restaurants and speciality shops. Parents and teens LOVE the convenience of this popular hangout! The shops offer all day shopping and fishing on the Pier is a PEREFECT pasttime for every man of the family! For adults, Tidewater's spa amenities are unique and designed to pamper! We offer TWO outdoor pools and an indoor pool, a full fitness center, Roman Spa, men and women's sauna, men and women's steam room, Tiki bar, full theater with free movies and much much more.
We have TWO full bedrooms and a third "bunk" room for the kids. There are 3 bathrooms, one for each bedroom so everyone has privacy! Our master bedroom has a king size bed and our guest bedroom has a queen bed. A bonus that our Unit 314 offers is cable with a flat screen TV in the bunk room, this is not typical for floor plan M. Our couch pulls out into a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Our furniture is directly from a showroom floor and is exceptional! This is our families 7th year and 4th condo in the rental business. We welcome new guests and appreciate your business.

Owner Description
We purchased our properties with two non-negotiable factors in mind: 1) Views! We would not compromise on being able to see the emerald waters of the gulf while relaxing on our balcony. We are from Kentucky and our vacations are all about seeing and enjoying the water. 2)Proximity to the beach and pool. As a family with young kids we wanted to be quick to and from our condo to the sand. Our goal was always less than a minute for either and we purchased our condo's accordingly.
As a result, our family enjoys truly relaxing vacations taking in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Regardless of where we are, the heart of Destin, Panama City Beach, Scenic Gulf Drive our views don't change..the famous emerald water is only a glance away! Our family condo business is dear to us. We recognize how blessed we are and we cherish the memories!

First, my rating and opinion deals with Marti. She was very helpful and willing to accommodate our last minute trip to Panama City. Her responses and information far exceeded my expectations. Second, the condo was clean and very comfortable. The condo was appointed with everything we needed and is in a perfect location. The best thing about this condo is the quality of the beds and pillows! My family travels quite frequently and I love when condo owners spend the extra money to ensure a restful night. My husband and I, my parents, and my two children had plenty of room to sleep and play in this condo! The pictures on VRBO are accurate and the Tidewater is great! We were close to shopping at Pier Park and to all of the best restaurants. This condo is on the 3rd floor. I wouldn't suggest going any higher than that. The walkover to the parking garage is on the 2nd floor, and the elevator service was slow and nearly impossible to use. So, we used the stairs the entire week. Not too bad if you can take it! The elevators were my only complaint. We LOVED this condo!

We had a super family vacation thanks in large part to our condo unit. While others had to wait 10-20 minutes to go back to their unit after a day on the beach, we had a quick walk up to the third floor. The condo itself had all of the comforts of home and we had plenty of room to spread out when we were indoors. A wonderful bonus was the umbrella and two chairs on the beach that were provided by the owners, as well as the two beach chairs that were left for our use. The Tidewater's location to Pier Park was unbeatable. It became our nightly routine to walk up the beach to the pier for the night and then walk home on the beach and watch everyone hunt for sand crabs. Our two teenage children really enjoyed themselves on vacation which in turn allowed their parents to have a great time as well!

The property was great and loved the hotel. I loved the beds, I sleep like a baby! The property owner was great about responding to my questions and assisting me in any way possible. I would definitely recommend this property to someone else. The only thing I was not pleased with was the cleanliness of the property. The floors were not clean, they had definitely not been mopped before we entered the room for our stay. Besides this, everything else was great!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

The condo is on the 3rd floor and such a gorgeous view of the Gulf! The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!!! The owner is so sweet and very easy to work with!

We had a wonderful time sitting on the balcony soaking up the sun and watching all the peoples activitys on the beach. We walked the beach almost daily to Pier Park and had lunch and shopped some. Was beautiful sunsets, got many pictures of it. The condo was clean with everything one needs. We would recommend it highly.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.
