  As soon as we opened the door to 314, we knew our decision to stay there was the right one. All that was promised was delivered and more. Staying on the third floor was so much better than our last condo rental, which was on the 18th floor. Instead of spending so much time waiting for elevators, this vacation time was spent the way it was intended. When we go back to PCB, we will definitely be staying at Marti's place again.

  First, my rating and opinion deals with Marti. She was very helpful and willing to accommodate our last minute trip to Panama City. Her responses and information far exceeded my expectations. Second, the condo was clean and very comfortable. The condo was appointed with everything we needed and is in a perfect location. The best thing about this condo is the quality of the beds and pillows! My family travels quite frequently and I love when condo owners spend the extra money to ensure a restful night. Thanks again Marti!

  My husband and I, my parents, and my two children had plenty of room to sleep and play in this condo! The pictures on VRBO are accurate and the Tidewater is great! We were close to shopping at Pier Park and to all of the best restaurants. This condo is on the 3rd floor. I wouldn't suggest going any higher than that. The walkover to the parking garage is on the 2nd floor, and the elevator service was slow and nearly impossible to use. So, we used the stairs the entire week. Not too bad if you can take it! The elevators were my only complaint. We LOVED this condo!

  We had a super family vacation thanks in large part to our condo unit. While others had to wait 10-20 minutes to go back to their unit after a day on the beach, we had a quick walk up to the third floor. The condo itself had all of the comforts of home and we had plenty of room to spread out when we were indoors. A wonderful bonus was the umbrella and two chairs on the beach that were provided by the owners, as well as the two beach chairs that were left for our use. The Tidewater's location to Pier Park was unbeatable. It became our nightly routine to walk up the beach to the pier for the night and then walk home on the beach and watch everyone hunt for sand crabs. Our two teenage children really enjoyed themselves on vacation which in turn allowed their parents to have a great time as well!

  The property was great and loved the hotel. I loved the beds, I sleep like a baby! The property owner was great about responding to my questions and assisting me in any way possible. I would definitely recommend this property to someone else. The only thing I was not pleased with was the cleanliness of the property. The floors were not clean, they had definitely not been mopped before we entered the room for our stay. Besides this, everything else was great!

  The condo is on the 3rd floor and such a gorgeous view of the Gulf! The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!!! The owner is so sweet and very easy to work with!

  We had a wonderful time sitting on the balcony soaking up the sun and watching all the peoples activitys on the beach. We walked the beach almost daily to Pier Park and had lunch and shopped some. Was beautiful sunsets, got many pictures of it. The condo was clean with everything one needs. We would recommend it highly.
