Hello from our newest rental property in Panama City Beach! Tidewater 314 has turned out to be our BEST rental unit yet!
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION say it all for Tidewater and the third floor unit! It is a quick 5 minute walk to the wonderful Pier Park Restaurants and speciality shopping. Parents and teens LOVE the convenience of this popular PCB hangout! For adults, Tidewater's spa amenities are unique and designed to pamper! In addition, we offer TWO outdoor pools and an indoor pool, full fitness center, Roman Spa, Mens and Womens sauna, mens and womens steam room, Tiki bar and more.
Being on the third floor unit, 314, offers easy convenience to the parking garage, elevator or stairs if you prefer. We have TWO full bedrooms and a third "bunk" room for the kids! There are 3 bathrooms, one for each bedroom so everyone has privacy! Our furniture is directly from a showroom floor and is exceptional! This is our families 7th year and 4th condo in the rental business! We welcome new guests and appreciate your business.
