Our condo is the 1st floor unit and features two bedrooms with a king size bed in the master suite and a queen size bed in the second bedroom, two full baths, updated and newly renovated in 2005, two car enclosed garage and private balcony. The condo is bright and airy and has a fully equipped kitchen.
Enjoy days relaxing on the deck or private balcony overlooking the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico and as evening approaches, enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the spectacular sunsets and if you're fortunate, you will see dolphins swim not far from shore.
Longboat Key is one of Florida's most beautiful islands. Out of the way, yet easily accessible. Only minutes away are excellent restaurants and world-class shops, restaurants, and art galleries of St. Armand's Circle. Sarasota's theater, cultural district and downtown are only a 10 minute drive. At last count, the nearby area offers over 79 golf courses, and of course the Sarasota International Airport is only approximately 20 minutes away.
Within walking distance across the street and set back is the "Avenue of the Flowers" a shopping center offering a Publix Supermarket, a CVS drugstore, several banks, gas station and other small shops.

We bought this vacation home with the intent to move in permanently when we retire. It is so close to our office and our home that we can take care of our tenants needs personally. With our office so close we can run over at any time.
