Three bedroom/Three bathroom direct gulf-front unit in Okaloosa Island's premier development. Not a limited gulf view side unit! This development was just finished in 2006!!!
All new professional interior design, platinum-grade furnishings! We have left nothing out!!! All new everything! Gorgeous beach in a wonderful vacation area of the Emerald Coast!
Third floor is perfect for the optimal view of the gulf. It is high enough for a great view and providing privacy from the pool deck (unlike the first and second floor) but low enough to be able to clearly see the beautiful water from your living room, dining area, or master bedroom (unlike the fourth through sixth floor).
This is a luxury unit with all granite counters, high ceilings, crown molding, stainless kitchen, beautiful diagonal tile throughout, floor to ceiling glass door system, and so much more. There is a large flat screen TV and a DVD/CD player and/or VCR in every room, and free high-speed internet. King in the master, queen in the second bedroom, two twins in the third (can be put together for a king), and a queen sleeper in the living room. This unit is also one of the few which have the upgraded balcony which is wider (over nine feet total width) and has beautiful architectural railing.
Azure is the premier condominium development on Okaloosa Island and offers luxury and amenities placing it in the top tier of developments on the entire Emerald Coast. It is on the nicest part of the beach which is close enough to walk to the pier, shops, and restaurants but far enough away to get away from the crowds on your own stretch of gorgeous white sand beach. Huge pool deck with two very large lagoon-style pools and two hot tubs as well as a kid’s play fountain. The fitness room is fantastic and the grounds and units are the nicest in the area by far.
Okaloosa island is the nicest place to spend your vacation at the beach. All buildings are low-rise with a maximum of seven floors, meaning fewer crowds on the beach and less traffic on the roads. Walking distance to the boardwalk beachfront development, gulfarium, miniature golfing, and a par-three golf course (18 hole courses within 15 minutes). There is a water park (within 10 minutes), many nearby restaurants, and lots of shopping (much of which is within walking distance). Azure is situated on a nice wide boulevard which dead ends at the 10 miles of coastal wilderness owned by the federal government making it a great place to walk, run, or ride bikes. And if all that does not keep you busy, it is only a five to ten minute drive to Destin along the beautiful undeveloped coastal wilderness which lies to the east. Close to all of the amenities of Destin without all the traffic and crowds!
Below rates include the beach service April to October (2 beach chairs and an umbrella, more can be rented), and high speed internet. Florida taxes and cleaning fees are additional.

Bob and Karen, I just wanted to relate to you what a great time my family had at your condo in the gulf. It was quite spacious and beautifully decorated! (not to mention the great master bath!!) This rental has great views of the beach and is a short walk away from paradise. My family of five had plenty of room and the furnishings are great. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and were very helpful in getting us prepared for the trip. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. The bedrooms are spacious with each having its own private bathroom. Kitchen and great room also have plenty of room. Unit was very clean and ready when we arrived. Other than more time there was nothing else that we needed.

The pool and deck area were a hit with our family and our 6 year old grandson loved the mushroom spray. Al really appreciated the easy beach access for early morning fishing. Enjoyed our stay, just as pictured in the ad. Only issue was internet dropped service at times(Trying to work remotely), It was the cable company and not the unit,. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit. Have stayed at lots of different units all over and this lives up to the pictures and the wriiten ad. (Just returned 2 weeks ago ) Excellent unit and complex.

Bob and Karen, We absolutely loved your condo! In addition to the beautiful decor and comfortable furniture/beds, the roomy balcony was a great place for my 10 month old grandson to play when it was too hot at the pool or beach. Each morning we enjoyed our coffee while taking in a perfect view of the ocean! We didn't want to leave and definitely will be back!

What a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful property! We so much enjoyed our week stay. The whole family are ready to come back tomorrow! Absolutely beautiful, spacious, loved the master suite and our 3 yr old grandson loved the "bubbling tub" when he was chilled from coming up from the pool. He made use of the jacuzzi every night! Bob & Karen: Thanks so much for the opportunity to use your condo on our annual visit to Okaloosa Island! We decided for a change of pace, we would reserve a condo versus a hotel suite and it was well worth it. My parents joined us and it has truly been enjoyable. We are on our last two days here and are dreading returning home. We may need to reserve next week since it is available! :) Hope we are able to reserve again same time next year!

This was a fabulous retreat from the "grind" of work, school, etc. with ALL the comforts of home and more! We were so comfortable in the spacious condo w/beautiful furnishings, and very clean! And the view can be summed up in 2 words-instant serenity! We even finished the 1000 piece puzzle and still had time for the beach,lol!! Hoping to go back soon.........The Provost Family
