This two bedroom/two bathroom plus bunkroom property is a direct gulf-front unit located on beautiful Okaloosa Island, FT Walton Beach. Stand on the deck and see vast stretches of beach, water and skyline!
This unit is decorated with the beach lover in mind! Comfortable furniture and all the luxuries you could want in a vacation property. There are a TV and a DVD player and/or a VCR in the living room and every bedroom, free high-speed WiFi internet, and a stereo/CD system. A king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, an enclosed bunk room with 2 single beds, and a queen sofa/sleeper in the living room. There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer in case you would like to dry some towels or do a load of laundry without leaving the unit.
Gulf Dunes is a condominium development on beautiful Okaloosa Island and offers luxury and amenities placing it among the top tier of properties on the Emerald Coast. It is on the nicest part of the beach which is close enough to walk to the pier, shops, and restaurants but far enough away to get away from the crowds on your own stretch of gorgeous white sand beach. There are two pools (one heated!) surrounded by pool decks and two boardwalks out to the beach. There is a tennis court, the fitness room is fantastic and the grounds and units are the nicest in the area by far.
Okaloosa island is the nicest place to spend your vacation at the beach. All buildings are low-rise with a maximum of seven floors, meaning fewer crowds on the beach and less traffic on the roads. Walking distance to the boardwalk beachfront development, gulfarium, miniature golfing, and a par-three golf course (18 hole courses within 15 minutes). There is a water park (within 10 minutes), many nearby restaurants, and lots of shopping (much of which is within walking distance). Gulf Dunes is situated on a nice wide boulevard which dead ends at the 10 miles of coastal wilderness owned by the federal government making it a great place to walk, run, or ride bikes. And if all that does not keep you busy, it is only a five to ten minute drive to Destin along the beautiful undeveloped coastal wilderness which lies to the east. Close to all of the amenities of Destin without all the traffic and crowds!
Below rates include the beach service from April to October (2 beach chairs and an umbrella, more available for rent), and high speed internet. Florida taxes and cleaning fees additional.

This condo is perfect! Sparkling clean, very well furnished and roomy. Plenty of good restaurants close-by, but the kitchen has all the tools you need if you decide to cook. Great view, we saw dolphins swimming every night and found seashells on our walk each morning.

Your beach condo is absolutely delightful!!! Beautifully and tastefully furnished and decorated, with a youthful flair that is fun for all ages. Your appealing condo photos lured us in, but it looks even better in real life. We've been renting condos for friends and relatives in the Florida Panhandle, for more years than I can remember and yours is one of the very nicest we've ever stayed in. It is by far, the best equipped and the most spacious and roomy, of any advertised at comparable size. The large balcony, separate laundry room and covered parking were some of the more unusual and most welcome amenities. I have vacationed in the panhandle of Florida for 25 years. Some beaches are prettier than others. Oskaloosa Island has the best beach. I love feeling the sand between my toes while watching the dolphins swim by. I advise you to rent from Bob Poole. He has a gorgeous, clean condo and is truly an honest person to rent from. Barb

Our family has stayed at this condo for vacations for several years. This condo is right on the beach - no parking lot views here. We have even seen dolphins swim by when sitting on the balcony. It's a short beach walk to local restaurants and the Gulfarium. We just love this condo and Ft. Walton Beach.
