Several unique properties which include the Northview House, Pirate's Cove and Hunters Ridge. The "Party Barn" is available at an hourly rate with catering available.Sport/Picnic Area)are all incorporated to provide a highly flexible facility for your comfort, convenience and relaxation. Breakfast is prepared and served daily. Rentals are available by the room, by the property, or for the entire facility and can be rented by the night and custom tailored to your event, pleasure or business. All properties are within walking distance of one another.

NORTHVIEW---is a bed and breakfast styled waterfront lake house offering four bedrooms with two and a half shared bathrooms, a large dining and gathering area suitable for group dining, meetings or private parties and accommodating 10 guests for overnight lodging.
The Captains Room-- upstairs offers a king size bed with a trundle, private balcony overlooking the lake and a small refrigerator, sleeping four to six guests. The Antique Suite-- consists of a queen size bedroom with TV and a private bath. The Fishing Room-- offers a queen size bed and a twin bed, sleeping for three guests. The Palm Room-- offers a queen size bed, twin, and trundle, sleeping for up to five guests. The Kitchen-- is fully furnished and available for use by guests.
"NORTHVIEW"--- is available by the room or for the entire house. The view is panoramic of beautiful Lake Texoma.
PIRATE'S COVE--- has a "beach house" decor and offers three bedrooms, two of which are mini-suites. There is a roomy full service 'kitchen', large 'galley' dining room suitable for approximately 15 people ,living room with love seat and full size sofa, TV and stereo.
The Palms-- has a king bed with a private bath which includes a jacuzzi tub. Sail Away-- is a mini-suite including a queen bed, adjoining sitting room with TV, queen sleeper sofa with french doors out onto the deck. The Plank Room-- is a mini-suite with a king size bed, adjoining sitting room including TV,mini refrigerator, and queen sleeper sofa
Hunters Ridge - Two bedroom two bath decorated with the deep woods in mind ,a moose and bear theme run throughout the entire house making you feel like you are tucked away in quietly surrounded by nature. A great place to take a break and relax from your daily routine.
