The house was clean and spacious. It was an ideal place for our family to stay while in Lake City. I would highly recommend this house, and we will stay there again. The owner, Brian, was awesome to deal with. He even called to make sure everything was okay.Recommended for: Families with young children.

My wife and I took our 3 young children down to Lake City a couple of weeks ago for a little vacation. We booked this beautiful little home for our vacation because we wanted something close enough to walk to town but not right in the middle of the main street. The house was perfect for our needs. It was nicely appointed with all of the essentials that you'd need for a comfortable vacation. The beds were comfortable. There cooking facilities were adequate. Everything was thoroughly clean and well maintained. Access from the highway and into town was easy. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. All in all we found this rental to be a very good value. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again or to recommend it to our friends and family.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
Owner response: I am glad your stay was as you described. You too were friendly and businesslike in securing the home for your time here. I hope to see you and your family again soon. Brian
