Enjoy that getaway, you've always dreamed of, on the beach, in the best Caribbean Island, of them all (Grand Cayman)- Very high class of people (International Sense)- Recognized as the 5th Largest Financial Center in the World, as an Island, extremely low crime, the most activities of any island. Grand Cayman is growing at an extreme pace (New restaurants, golf courses, shopping centers, etc..) and for future investors, opportunities await. Revered as the best place for diving ( major diving spots & activities located very close to the unit) . Peacefulness and tranquility nearby, with major restaurants, clubs, nightlife a short 10 min boat ride ( from the Kaibo Express- next door to unit), or short drive away. Rum Pt Beach (public beach) within walking distance (music, beach bar (tropical drinks) & food, volleyball, Jet Ski/Wave Runner rentals, tennis courts). Outstanding dining options within 15 minutes, with 3 " 5 star" rated restaurants- Kaibo Upstairs ( next door-brand new), Rum Pt Restaurant ( 3/4th a mile), The Lighthouse ( on the ocean side)- a must try.

This location has everything to offer: Beaches that almost seem private, next door to Marina ( Kaibo Yacht Club) with beautiful waters edge bar and restaurant ( walls block sound to condo area-very quiet in complex/unit area), gift shop with snorkeling gear available, and certain essentials ( next door). Boating available and easily arranged, Ferry ( Rum Pt Beach) or Kaibo Express that goes directly across Sea to a major Metropolis of shopping, golf, clubs, restaurants . Cayman Kai/Rum Pt is the tranquil/peaceful side, while 7 Mile Beach is the “ Commercial” side of the Island. With the boating convenience, you have the “Best of Both Worlds” to experience.

This two bedroom condo is brand new and located right on the water ( New Condo, brand new furniture, etc..). One King Bed in Master- incredible views of Caribbean Sea, with private bathroom. Guest Bedroom has Queen Bed, with hall bathroom ( full shower/bath). Sectional Sofa pulls out to a Bed. All rooms have cable TV ( with HBO, Showtime, Premium Channels), DVD/VCR. Main Den has 55 inch TV with surround sound and stereo system. Various DVD's included for adults and children. Unit is equipped for Broadband Internet access as well as High Speed Internet ( Great for business travelers), long distance calls included ( within reason). Full Stocked Bar is included with booze. Sleeps 6 easily, Aero beds included for children or extra guests ( up to 8 can be accommodated). Granite counter tops, ceramic tile floors, Central Air, Large table in Living Room for dining, porch area overlooks Caribbean Sea. All cooking appliances available (i.e.- Toaster, Microwave), and outdoor grill as well. Complex has Infinity Pool and Hot tub, overlooking the Sea ( incredible at sunset, or night, watching stars and relaxing, moon reflecting off the water, with a cocktail- arrangements can be made for service from next door Kaibo Yacht Club-drinks/food). Portable " boom box" ( w/ IPOD capability) to bring to beach, pool, boat, etc.., IPOD Docking Unit/Stereo available in unit. Storage garage available ( 17 X 10). Water cooler also provided for fresh drinking water ( few units will provide this- fresh drinking water and ice cubes is a big difference). Snorkeling gear available.

As a “CAVEAT” to potential renters, most Credible Realtors will tell you that Cayman Kai/Rum Pt are one of the most ideal areas to stay on the island. I want my tenants to be happy and I “Upgrade” the unit, and the renters experience, significantly vs other owners, and to that end, I get a lot of repeat business and happy customers. The Kaibo Condos Complex is very popular, due to location ( down the street from Rum Pt Beach, next door to Kaibo Yacht Club), cleanliness, and the fact the units are fairly new. Beware of some beach front properties that look nice, but waters are not swim able ( sea urchins, sharp coral in shallow waters), beaches not walk able ( tons of sharp coral & shells) and some of those beaches are exposed to gusty winds. Some of these units are also far from areas you will likely want to go to- i.e.- clean swim able waters at Rum Pt Beach, peacefulness of Cayman Kai/Rum Pt beaches ( many shielded off from obnoxious winds certain days, but with a “pleasant” breeze instead), etc..


Some of the best activities include: Scuba diving along the Reefs that run close to Rum Pt/Cayman Kai ( Renown Worldwide for it's diving features and sites), Snorkeling, Lobster diving and catch- My Favorite ( Lobsters are bigger than Maine Lobsters- no Claws), Fishing, Boating ( Can Rent Boats ), Conch Shell diving, Riding Turtles, Jet Skiing/Wave Runners ( a short walk from complex), Feeding Sting rays ( harmless), Golf, etc...

Discounts are negotiable for Longer Stays ( Both High and Low Season). A 10-20% discount is available to :” Repeat” Tenants and/or “ Referrals” from Tenants.

  • We loved our stay here. We brought our kids and grandkids. There were 8 of us and we managed the space just fine. The location was wonderful for nearby eating,walking,swimming,beaching,sunsetwatching. Rum Point was so much fun. We would definitely come here again.

  • Spectacular. A beautiful condo with unbelievable views at an incredible location! Directly on the beach of the North Sound, at Kaibo Yacht Club only minutes away from Rum Point, you couldn't find a better location on the island for the perfect vacation. Just across the sound from bustling Georgetown, you have easy access to roaring nightlife via a short boat ride across the bay. But the best part is being away from it all, in such a quiet, idyllic setting. From the balcony of the condo you can watch the sun set over the water every evening, or from the club pool and hot tub right outside your window. It's really a stunning view! Right downstairs you have the Yacht club, from where you can take off on boat trips around the island, go water skiing, have cocktails at the outdoor bar and dinner at the restaurant with the sand under your feet and the stars overhead, or just relax on the beach surrounded by palm trees. Just a few minutes away is famous Rum Point, a beautiful natural beach in the midst of palm trees and rustic huts where locals serve you lunch or drinks as you lounge on the sand in between snorkeling or swimming. Finally, there's the condo. It's tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped with everything you could want, with all the comfort and connectivity of home (including top of the line audiovisual equipment and high speed Internet connection). You can enjoy your vacation in full comfort, with the reassurance of always being able to be in touch with those at home. Highly recommended.

  • I loved the place. It was great being right on the water and also having a pool in the back. The bar/restaurant next door is also so convenient. I liked having high speed internet access even though I should not be working on my vacation. I will definately rent there again.

  • I stayed at this gorgeous condo in November 2006 and absolutely LOVED it! I am a real estate broker in Manhattan, and have a high standard for property and vacation destinations. This condo was beautifully appointed and had every amenity I could have asked for (water cooler, brand new furniture/decor, fantastic views and more than enough space). Let's not forget about the number one rule in real estate - LOCATION! The location is superb - right on the beach with all the activities and next to the Kaibo Yacht Club where you can eat, drink and relax in a great open-air atmosphere, and take advantage of all the activities offered there. A quick walk to Rum Point, and you can snorkel, play volleyball, have a great lunch (best fish and chips I’ve ever had!) or just relax in the sun. I already booked my next vacation to Grand Cayman and I'm looking forward to making this my Grand Cayman home for one week every year.
