Mountain Plaza condo description
Copper Mountain’s center village has all the amenities of a quaint pedestrian village complete with first class retail shopping, restaurants, nightlife, coffee shops, ice-skating, and more. According to the United States Forest Service Copper Mountain, with its 20 lifts and 2400 acres, is considered the most nearly perfect ski mountain in the United States. Copper has something for everyone. Long steep mogul runs and ample above timberline bowl skiing for the more daring and family friendly runs for others, makes Copper a perfect ski mountain.
Our two-bedroom, three-bath condominium is in the Mountain Plaza [the building has very good ski-in/ski-out, only one minute walk to the lift]. Our condo is a third floor flat, facing the slopes.
Both bedrooms have two queen-size beds. The living room has a queen-size sofa bed. The condominium has a remodeled well-equipped kitchen, all-new kitchen appliances. Private enclosed balcony, wood-burning fireplace [free wood], three TVs, HBO, three VCRs, two DVDs, No telephone service in condo, Cable High-Speed Internet, and  private ski lockers on the ground floor. Our building has a childcare center, shops, the most popular restaurant/bar at Copper [Endos], saunas, two outside hot tubs and one inside hot tub, gas grill, two elevators, washers and dryers, and parking in the building. Free bus for Copper and Frisco.
In order to keep the cleaning cost as low as possible, we have chosen a cleaning program that best fits most of our guest. The cleaning company will furnish bed linens for ten, towels for eight, one dish cloth, one dish towel, and limited amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. If you have a large number in your group, or will be staying a long time, you may want to bring some things with you. The cleaning company can furnish most any extra maid service you might want. You would pay them directly for the extra service.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking is allowed in the condo.
* Check-in is not before 4:00PM and Check-out is by 10:00AM.
No Early Check-In or Late Check-Out.
* We accept Checks, VISA, & MasterCard.
* Add 9.775% Tax & Surcharges, and $140.00 cleaning fee for when you leave.
* Booking, a non-refundable Deposit of around 10% with a minimum of $100, is required. Balance is due one month prior to arrival date.Balance is due one month prior to arrival date.
* If reservation is changed or cancelled more than one month before arrival date, The Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is 2 weeks to one month before arrival, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of all rental fees. If cancellation is less than two
weeks before arrival no refund is offered.
* 8 IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED.
* 4 nights is the minimum nights we book around holidays, July & August. 3 nights is the minimum number of nights we book otherwise, except for 2 nights to completely fill an opening in our rental schedule.

This condo is in the perfect location. Basically you can fall out the front door and walk on the lift. The rooms have 2 queen size beds in each and are very comfortable. It has 3 full bathrooms! The cleaning and maintanance staff is outstanding and very responsive should you every need any assistance. The owner is great to work with in terms of getting everything setup in advance of your stay. Probably one of the best condos in Copper.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
We just got back from our trip & were extremely pleased with our accommodations at this listing. Everything is as stated in the listing and the owners were very helpful & great to work with. We also used the lift tickets, which were a wonderful perk, as we found we were too late to get the season pass this year-we actually received a better deal! Thanks for a great vacation & we hope to book for next year again!

Pros: You can't ask for a better location. Everything you need is within a short walk. Grocery store, ski rental, lifts, Starbucks, restaurants, parking, ski clothes. Fantastic view from this unit. Best restaurant is located on the first floor. Simply wear your slippers to dinner, it's that easy. Nice new kitchen. Nice big TV. Plenty of sitting area. Holds 8 people comfortably, but can easily hold 10. Cons: Building is older and shows. Lockers are different, no where to sit while getting you items from locker. Unit itself is nice, but has a mix of new with old. Hallways a bit noisy if someone down the hall is partying. Summary: Overall, this is a nice unit. I typically like newer units, but the location makes up for the "newness factor". I would recommend this for large families. We will stay here again, I hope.

Mountain Plaza condo
Mountain Plaza is a great location, only 40 yds from main lifts & shops, but it is not a 5 star as this describes. There are NO 5 star properties in Copper. It is a 25 yr old building, nicely kept, u/g parking, new common Hot Tub, but units vary in renovation. Newly renovated kitchens & bathrooms with Granite counters, new appliances would qualify for a 4 star, but anything less should be a 3 star. Overall a nice property.
