This three-bedroom condominium is located on the first tee looking at the eighth and ninth greens, with a covered bridge in the background. Condominium is located at the Jack O'Lantern Golf Course & Resort on an 18-hole golf course and resort that runs along the Pemigewasset River, perfect for kayaking, canoeing, or a scenic stroll.

The first floor of the condominium has a master suite with two double-size beds a private bath, 36-inch TV, and small porch overlooking the golf course. There is an additional bedroom tastefully decorated with a queen-size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops. The dining room, living room, laundry area, and another full-size bath are also located on the first floor. The living room has an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings. There is another porch, this one screened in, off the living room with a television perfect for watching the game and the golfers.

The second floor contains a bedroom with queen-size bed, bunk beds, and a crib. There is also a loft with a futon, play area with a television, and one-half bath. There is a locked area in the front of the condominium for skis and golf bags.

A wonderful vacation spot perfect for the golfer, skier, shopper and snowmobilers. Snowmobiles can be accessed right from the condominium. Within 30 ft. from the condo there is a clubhouse including indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, game room which includes a pool table, ping pong table and video games. Perfect for all to enjoy.
