Views:
180 degrees of some of the best unobstructed, breathtaking mountain views in Summit county! In addition, our townhome overlooks national forest wetlands with ponds. Every room has views of the mountains.
It's not unusual to see Moose, Deer, Elk and Fox in the wetlands. Dillion lake and Keystone ski area can also be seen from the deck!
Space:
This spacious 1758 Sq ft, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom retreat is perched above the town of Silverthorne in the Forest Park area. There is ample room for ten people to sleep and enjoy the views from every room. The large dining room table seats eight people and three can eat at the breakfast bar.
Conveniences:
Imagine waking up in the morning and having your first cup of coffee on the private deck overlooking the ponds and sweeping mountain views!. Relax in your bathrobe while you have breakfast and contemplate the many activity options for the day.
The well equipped kitchen with complete dinnerware provides many options for meals. Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy all the natural beauty of Wildernest or Dillion lake. Throw some steaks on the gas BBQ grill on the deck. If you prefer dining out, just stock the kitchen with your favorite drinks and snacks!
Location:
Our convenient location allows you to enjoy all the area attractions. Being 30 minutes or less from six major ski areas puts you in the heart of the action in the winter. In the summer, you can enjoy the three hiking trails just a shot walk away and Dillion lake 10 minutes away.
Privacy:
Our townhome is three levels and is located on the end of our townhome complex. We share one wall with the adjacent Townhome. The two decks are private with no view of the adjoining townhome decks. The private hot tub melts away the pain from a long day skiing or hiking!
Value:
The price per couple is lower than a most hotel rooms, not to mention the potential savings on dinning out!. Our Vacation homes sleeps eleven people comfortability. Forget the common hotel room and retreat to this warm Townhome. Extra touches such as a gas BBQ grill and high speed internet access make you feel at home. Complete the home felling by bringing your pets with prior approval and a nightly fee.

Rest assured that you are protected when you do business with us. We have obtained a merchant account that required a credit and back ground check. The merchant account allows us to accept Visa and MasterCard so you are protected by your credit card company for any disputes. We spent several months looking for a vacation home in Summit County. We wanted to find a home that had great views and didn’t overlook other homes and we found this gem! We back to National Forrest Wetlands with Moose and other wildlife.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
The three hiking trails are great to expore during the spring and summer! Over favorite pastime is to sit in the hot tub and look for Moose in the wetlands.
