Casa Santa Teresa's unique layout features a total of a Master Suite, 2 very large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and 4 seating and resting areas. The home accommodates very comfortably 5 - 8 guests.
The property is gated and fully fenced with a long driveway that extends from the gate to a large circular private parking area located just off the entry to Casa Santa Teresa.
The Master Suite is equipped with a king size bed, private bathroom, a/c, refrigerator, ceiling fan,screen doors and windows, private terrace and balcony.
Adjacent to the master bedroom, a splendid seating and relaxation area for you to watch TV, enjoy a good book or plain share with friends your experiences of the day.
The large fully equipped kitchen and dining areas, with its solid oak wood seating table for 10, and the cozy leaving room are the focusing points of the house.
Two additional large bedrooms each with a queen size and a single bed, a/c, refrigerator, ceiling fan, private bathroom,screen doors and windows, private terrace and balcony with a seating area, makes Casa Santa Teresa the perfect accommodation for a large family group.
In addition to the master suite and the two bedrooms forthmentioned a separate bungalow with a double and two single beds, ceiling fan, private bathroom, refrigerator and a fully equipped kitchenette, can be made available as part of the rental for an additional fee when groups are 9 guests or more.
Daily maid service is available at no extra cost. Chepita will sweep the floors, make the beds, wash dishes and keep the place all tied up. No maid service on Sunday. Bedding and towels are provided.

Owner Description
Year Purchased: 1982
I was born in Costa Rica a few years back. At age 18 I left home and went to California, USA in persuit of a better education. During the Vietnam War I joined the USMC and serve with the 1st Marines in Vietnam. Upon my return to the USA from overseas I attended California State University in Los Angeles where I studied International Relations. During the 32 years I lived in the Golden State I worked at different things among them played and sang with a Mariachi Band in a night club in Los Angeles, Was Director of Data Processing for a large Insurance group in LA. Tour the end of my self-impose exile in the City of Angels I served as Comercial and Public Relations Attache for the Costa Rica Consulate General in Los Angeles, as a Consul of Costa Rica in Los Angeles, and last as Costa Rica Director of Tourism for Western United States and Canada, before retiring to go back and live in Costa Rica.
Why the Owner Chose Santa Teresa
Being away from my native country for more than 30 years, I came to treasure from afar the natural wonders and the beauty of Costa Rica and its beaches. Santa Teresa was but a little fishing village lost in the wilderness of the Nicoya Peninsula. I arrived here New Year's Day 1982. No one knew back then not even me that the waves and the beaches of Santa Teresa were unique and the best in the country. I decided right there and then that I needed to get me a little piece of Paradise.
The Unique Benefits of this Oceanfront Villa
Casa Santa Teresa is unique in its looks and its size. It accommodates confortably up to 12 persons. I tried making Casa Santa Teresa spacious and confortable. Its different seating and relaxation areas and broad corridors gives everybody space to be their own. It was built in 2007 with the large family or friends groups in mind. I am very please with the outcome. Its location is also a plus. It is at the end of all the noise of the town, the best part of Santa teresa in my opinion. Another very important advantage: A new super market was built righ across the street from the entrance gates, making it very convenient to walk ang get water and daily food supplies. Being a new home I am all ears to hear from you, your ideas and feed back from your experience in my house. You see I have strong competition with neighboring home owners to be the best staying place in Playa Santa teresa. I think Casa Santa Teresa has a very good chance to be just that.
