Come and enjoy true Florida charm. This one-story home- has all the florida charm with a contemporary flair. The entry room is large and inviting with views right through to the canal- We are one from the ICW so you can easily view the boats passing through as well as the wonderful breeze. We are not surrounded by "McMansions" which can block the sun, or at the end/middle of a canal. The backyard and pool area are sunny all day long. There are shaded areas too - perfect for lounging/napping. We have a large pool in the yard with beautiful bird of paradise plants at the dock All rooms open to a large screened in porch - perfect for entertaining. The outdoor areas have lovely lighting and plenty of outdoor furniture.
Beautifully maintained home with a private dock on intracoastal canal. We are just five houses from the beach with handicapped access and restrooms at the Atlantic Dunes park. We leave beach chairs, umbrella's pool/ocean toys - There is a Rooleeze cart to take it all to the beach. Or just have fun at the pool with everything you need to relax. There are plenty of parks to walk and bike to. We are just 1/2 mile from Atlantic Ave in Delray - the best of Delray - with plenty of shops, eateries and fun. Check out the cruise up and down the Intracoastal. There is a book at the house with everything you need to know on where to go.

The beach is so close - we have a Roleez beach cart with everything you need. We sit on the edge of the ICW - one from the point - which means you can see the boats and feel the breeze.

We have been owners of rental properties for over 25 years - we actually stay in all our rentals to be sure everything you need is provided. We have the best maid service - they really care that the property is cleaned. We also operate under the name of Altalayla Properties. Come stay at one of our properties and we know you will want to return. We live in Bethesda Maryland but call everywhere home.

This house was great!!! It was so spacious, the pictures doesn't even do it justice!!! The house was clean and had everything we needed, for the pool or the beach.. We come down to Delray once a year, I don't think I can stay anywhere else, and we have rented some nice houses. The pool was awesome! The kids loved going to the beach and then coming back to jump in the pool. I can't say enough about this house!! Thank you so much for sharing it with us!!! We even used the bikes for a ride to Atlantic Ave. The beach is convenient to get to also. We couldn't of picked a better place to stay!! I loved the screened in patio area, that all the rooms had a door that led out to, and the kids loved to fish off the dock ... Thanks again, we will be contacting you soon for next year!!!
