There are NO STAIRS to our clean and meticulously maintained unit or within it. And yet, you are a level above the ground with great ocean views and privacy. There is a rocky coast, 60 or so feet, directly below the condo and an easily approachable sandy beach within a mile.

The Princeville shopping center is less than a mile away. It includes, grocery, ice cream, and assorted clothing and novelty stores as well as several fine restaurants. The St. Regis Hotel (a five-star hotel) is less than a mile. It has fine dining, entertainment, and fabulous views. The town of Hanalei is within a few minutes drive and it has a variety of clothing, jewelry, art, novelty stores, etc. There are fine restaurants and luaus in Hanalei.
There is a swimming pool within a 100 yards of the condominium. Golf courses and tennis are within a short distance. The Prince course has been rated by Golf Digest as the best course in Hawaii.

Why the Owner Chose Alii Kai
In a nut shell, we fell in love with this incredibly beautiful island along with the sounds, sights and fragrances of Kauai, which surrounds our condo. We have the sensation of serenity and, virtually, being alone, yet minutes from everything. Kauai is the Hawaii of our dreams.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo location allows us to view the ever changing ocean, FROM EVERY ROOM. In the winter months, there is nothing more thrilling than to watch the migrating humpback whales spout, jump and splash. All year round we are treated to the occasional squalls dancing along the ocean, as well as witnessing the inevitable rainbows, for which Hawaii is so famous. We also enjoy spotting turtles, dolphins, birds and water craft. At night, we fall asleep to the ocean's sound beneath a breath-taking blanket of stars and wake to the most glorius of sunrises.
2 bedroom, 2 bath with 180 degree ocean view from EVERY ROOM! Privacy and views of 2nd level, but NO STAIRS.

We live in Arizona, which might be considered the near polar opposite of Kauai. While we enjoy the company and interaction of others, Kauai and our property offers the opportunity to feel alone in a tropical Paradise, or to interact with others, as one chooses. We swim competitively, dive, snow ski, hike and generally enjoy the beauty of nature. Kauai offers everything from the most peaceful pursuits to the most physically exhilarating challenges. Its your choice. There is a reason that Kauai is pictured as "Paradise", in so many Hollywood movies. Visit Kauai, The Garden Island, and your life will never be the same.

We just returned from a 10 day stay at Holly's condo. It was our first stay there, and we would return in a heartbeat! We are convinced you won't find a better view on Kauai. Truly, the pictures do not do it justice. When we pulled up and saw what our view would be for the next 10 days, I couldn't believe our good fortune. The view is spectacular. We weren't the only ones who thought so: some other visitors there came up to our side yard and took pictures of the view! The condo was in immaculate condition. It iis lovely, spacious, and very well appointed. The living room furniture seems new and there is a large TV. The beds and pillows were comfortable with quality linens and the bath towels were plush. The kitchen is well stocked with more than enough dishes and pans. The stack washer/dryer unit came in very handy. There is also a good sized kitchen table and four chairs. In the master, there is also a table and two chairs. The lanai has a table and outside chairs, too. We bought charcoal and used the grill located right outside the unit. The unit is a corner unit and nicely situated within the complex. There was always enough parking in the lot close to the unit, we were able to park and walk right in. A wonderful shopping center is located about a mile away with a Foodland grocery store, ice cream, pizza place, restaurants, some other take out places and shopping in general. It was super convenient and we were able to find all we needed there. The condo is in close proximity to many north shore beaches and attractions. The closet beach is one mile away at the St. Regis. Many of the beaches we visited have shade at them from the trees there. The overall area of the north shore is drop dead GORGEOUS. I highly recommend Holly's Kauai Condo. I feel the owners care deeply about the quality and upkeep of their condo. Also, it was comforting to us to know there is a dedicated local property manager only a phone call away. We weren't able to figure out how to use the TV, we called him, he said he'd be right over to help if we couldn't problem solve on the phone. Now THAT is tremendous service! Condo is top notch all the way around!
