Unit comes with its own boatdock and is large enough to accommodate a 28 foot boat. The condo is minutes to open water via the free boat lift in the development.
You will also have the use of 2 pools, 4 tennis courts, a basketball court and a gym all located right in the development. There is also a full marina with a fishing dock, volleyball net and a small beachfront. They also rent slips if your boat is over 28 ft long.

Very positive experience with this condo as is explained in the description with new bathrooms, wood floors, kitchen etc. In addition, the owners are very relieable and accomodating our needs, whether it be a new toaster or additional services such as high speed internet service or dvr. The grounds are well maintained with a great leader of the association and staff of very concerned and up-to-date owners. The pool is spacious with 8' depth to 3' and a tennis court is next to this condo. The landscaping is beautiful. You will also notice the sunrise out the master bedroom window and the sunset out the lanai.
