Location: Westridge, Davenport, Central-Disney-Orlando Area, Florida, USA (15 minutes to DISNEY gates. 20 minutes to all attractions!!!)

Family Room
This is the "Chill Out" area. Either slouch out on sofas and enjoy some peace and quiet, or entertain yourselves with a variety of DVD for both children or adults.

Family Room 2
This family room opens out through the sun drenched patio doors into the decking and pool area. Pool toys are provided along with BBQ for your entertainment.

Games Room
Children of all ages will love the challenges of the Play station 2 Games console with plenty of games to choose from. If thats not for them, then maybe pool, table tennis, air hockey or darts will be to their liking. There are a variety of childrens toys and board games for your use.

Master Bedroom
There is a Queen Size bed with 2 bedside cabinets. A Dresser with a matching mirror completes the room. It also has a massive walk-in closet. For your security you will find a small digitally coded safe for your valuables within the closet. The floor is covered in a luxury carpet.
Our Master Bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower that is big enough for 2 people! Additionally there is a sumptuous deep corner bath to relax, soak and enjoy.

Master Bedroom 2
The second master bedroom is furnished in the same contemporary modern style as the main suite. You also get a built in closet. The floor is covered in a luxury carpet.

You couldn't call it a master suite without an en-suite bathroom, so there is also this facility as well. In the en-suite there is a Bath/shower with basin and a vanity unit.

Twin Bedrooms
Each of our twin bedrooms are decorated exactly the same apart from the colour of the bed cover. Yet again light modern lightwood furniture has been used. The bedroom has been kept quite neutral so that either a child or an adult will feel at home in the room. You will find a bedside cabinet as well as a built in closet for your clothes and possessions. The floor is covered in a luxury carpet.

Gourmet Kitchen
The high spec kitchen will make your stay an absolute delight. The food preparation area consists of a Spacious Double Bowl Sink with a Vegetable Sprayer and Waste Food Disposal Unit to help you prepare the perfect family meal, should you choose not to eat out at one of the many fabulous restaurants.
Storage space is not a problem as there is also a Generous Pantry for Food Storage. You will be able to cook by using the large 30 inch Oven/Range or the Microwave. Every American home has the must have "American Style" Fridge freezer.

When you have finished for the day, don't wash up it's your holiday, put your feet up and let the top of the range dishwasher take the strain.

Everything has been taken into consideration with this kitchen; everything that a cook and family will require has been thought of and will be provided. You can choose to eat at the breakfast bar or just relax at the breakfast table instead.

Utility Area
Additionally you will not have to search for a launderette as you will have your own facilities with a Washer and Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.

Pool Area
Large South Facing Screened pool and deck area. BBQ provided free of charge for use by guests. Patio furniture and sun loungers.

There is a playground, tennis courts, and basketball courts nearby which makes this a great place for the children with plenty of activities. There is a clubhouse with use of a gym and community pool also on site. The Berry Town Centre which has PUBLIX and lots of food outlets is located only 10 minutes walk for all your needs. All your favourite restaurants are located on Highway 192 which is only a 5 minute drive.

This property is located on US27 just off Highway 192 only 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport and only 15 minutes from Disney and all local attractions and malls. Lake Buerna Vista Factory Outlets are located approximately 20 minutes drive from the property on the I-4.

There are a number of golf courses located nearby including Champions Gate and Highlands Reserve.
