Welcome to paradise!

This newer coach home, located in the newest section in Pelican Sound, is an end unit with more light and windows, located on the first floor with no stairs. Tastefully decorated with Tommy Bahama style furnishing, everything is new! Located near Pelican Sounds largest community pool and close to the 5000 square feet River Club, which contains restaurant and bar, sports viewing, has large outdoor eating area next to pool and wildlife area. A state of the art Fitness center is located here as well.

Also near by is the beautiful Estero River, where you have access to canoes and kayaks, with membership transfer to explore the river on your own. There is a free shuttle boat ride to Lovers Key Beach, rated in the top five of Florida's best beaches. The ride down the River to the beach and back is fun all by itself, but you can elect to stay and sunbathe or do some shelling, and catch another boat back later. There is much wildlife to see on this trip, that includes, dolphins, eagles, and manatees, which are everyday occurrences. You can also rent power boats and take trips along the coast of Sanibal and Captiva Islands, with the convenience of the Gulf access Estero River.

This Coach Home is set up with a king size bed in the master bedroom, walk-in closet, and master bath with large shower. There are sliding doors to the lanai. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom is set up as a den, with a queen size sleeper sofa.

Pelican Sound is a beautiful, gated community, located right between Fort Meyers to the north and Naples to the south. It consists of a 27 hole championship golf course, a newly remodeled 18,000 square feet Mediterranean style Club house, tennis courts, community pools, nature walking trails, bicycling, and shopping are located near by on route 41.
