Our island home is located in The Grandview on Grace Bay, a private 18 unit condo. The Grandview is located right on Grace Bay, the center for all of the water sports, fishing, golfing, horseback riding, and other activities and restaurants that Providenciales(Provo), has to offer.

stayed there from 12/26/11 to 1/3/12 - great condo right on Grace Bay. It met all of our expectations and then some. Pool right outside your screened in porch and the beach is a few yards away. Beach and pool chairs were always available! Condo was clean, modern and had all the necessities for cooking. We really enjoyed our stay there! Was so easy to go back and forth from the condo and the beach. The location on Grace Bay is perfect - right in between all the resorts so able to walk to many resorts via the beach. Walking distance to "Fresh" the best bakery on the island, the Infiniti Bar at the Grace Bay Club and to the Flamingo Cafe ( aka Ricky's - a local hang-out for good food).
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is truly a delightful ground floor condo. Tropically furnished with a Tommy Bahama feel, excellent. The granite kitchen is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. We particularly liked being able to walk out to the pool and beach. In the evening you can stroll to the Grace Bay Club which is right next door and the facilities there are incredible. The beach has been voted the best in the world and we can see why...... the sand soft and white and the water turquoise blue and so clear it's unbelievable. We would advise renting a car to see the island. Visit Turtle Cove have coffee at the Green Bean, then on to the Conch Shack for lunch (it's right on the beach and fun). If you are into diving/snorkeling then you've come to the right spot, the reef is amazing you won't be disappointed. The choice of good restaurants is plentiful although dining out is expensive. Would we come again......you bet we would.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
