Spacious Decked Out House is conveniently located within Placencia Village proper with waterfront on both its North and South sides. Refreshing sea breeze flows through its many decks, and throughout the home. The majority of its rooms stretch 30 feet from North to South, in order to take double advantage of its waterfront views that are seen from every room.
The house dock is fronted by a 120 foot wide marina lagoon canal which is located just 20 ft from the large front decks. One can swim, fish or launch house kayaks or canoe right off dock that is located just 20 ft from the house's front deck. Snorkeling or diving tour boats will pick you up at your own dock.
Decked Out House can be rented as a 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 bedroom accommodation. The upper two levels together function best together as one 4 bedroom home, which hosts a spacious great room with luxurious kitchen, 3.5 baths, a sleeping/child’s loft, separate entrance, stair and foyer plus 1700 sq feet of exterior decks. If 5 bedrooms are desired, the 400 sq foot ground floor studio apartment is included. All rooms are accessible to each other by interior passage. In total the house offers 3000 sq ft of interior and 2000 sq feet of exterior living space, three kitchens and 4.5 baths. Decked Out House is prepared for extended families and groups with 13 beds of various sizes, a spacious great room and main kitchen plus a dining area can accommodate up to 16 dinner guests.
For those wanting smaller accommodations, each level may be rented individually as a two bedroom or one room apartment due to two of the five bedrooms being spacious suites with kitchen/bars.
Decked Out House is generously adorned with fine mahogany and Belizean hardwoods as well as many special decorative touches such as numerous decorative mosaics. Other features include complimentary family board games, kayaks that fit an adult plus small child, and bicycles.

I loved the Decked Out House! A group of 9 friends rented the whole Decked Out House for a weekend getaway. We were amazed at all the rooms we kept discovering. We were so enthralled with how beautiful it was that some of us literally sang from the top deck roof. The house was absolutely beautiful both inside and out! The setting between the two canals makes for a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset over the lagoon and mountains off in the distance. The rooms were very clean and so comfortable. The furnishings and woodwork were lovely. The house-keeper was very nice and accommodating. The house was well stocked with convenient appliances. The price was very affordable. I wish we had the time to stay for a whole week. I wished I could have spent an hour on every porch deck because of the many different beautiful perspectives the house offered. The whole house is a great place to stay for a large family, for a family reunion, or for a group of friends. A couple could also stay in one of the apartments or rooms for a romantic getaway. I would recommend the Decked Out House to anyone!

We rented the studio on the first floor for a month with Linda. The place was just perfect. It had everything we needed and if there was anything lacking the staff was more then willing to accomodate us and our needs. Linda was a pleasure to deal with and the views were spectacular. This was a great find for us!

I was lucky to win a week at Decked Out House at an aution in Linda and Charles (the owners) home town. My husband and I took three other couples and we had so much fun. The house was perfect and we had the best vacation. We got great help with what we should do with our time and where to eat. The bikes were a really hit too and the kyaks.

We LOVED the house! It was perfect! We kept saying, "wouldn't this be fun with family or friends?" I hope we can come back someday. Malcolm was a wonderful resource. He answered all our questions and linked us with Junior who took us snorkeling and fed us like kings for two days. Once we got to Placencia and saw the other housing options, we knew we had made the best choice. This is truly a wonderful place.

My husband and I stayed at the Decked-Out-House in January. I would rate this rental as a four star accommodation. The owners are very friendly and provided a lot of good ‘local knowledge’ to help us get around. The house has so many windows that views were spectacular day and night on each side of the floor we stayed. There were also glass French doors leading to the huge deck on two sides of our unit. We were so impressed with the workmanship, beautiful wood floors and other beautiful wood used in the furniture. The home also had many special, unique and creative touches such as tiles, motifs and some fancy faucets. The overhead fans and shutters are adjustable to allow for breezes and cooling if desired. Since we stayed two weeks, we were pleased to have laundry facilities on the premises.We would not hesitate to return and stay again at the Decked-Out-House.

Linda and Charlie (owners of Decked Out House) were extremely helpful and friendly and made our stay at the "Decked Out House" a comfortable and fun experience. 3 of us stayed on the third floor "Palm Suite". The place is absolutely gorgeous and extremely spacious. The decks are excellent places to hang out and watch sunrises or sunsets. We had a ton of fun riding the complimentary Cruiser bikes into town (about a 5 minute easy ride to the furthest point at the end of town) I can't say enough good things about the place. If you're contemplating staying there, I say do it without hesitation. It was the best place we stayed in Belize!

What a wonderful place! The house is just perfect and I love the decor. I would recommend Decked Out House to anyone. It has a lovely open-air feeling to it with all the French windows and doors and there is always a gentle cooling breeze flowing through. I loved waking up in the morning to take my coffee - and relaxing in the evening - on the decks overlooking the water. It is all sooooo peaceful. There are bikes to ride and a house canoe to explore with and the beach is a very easy, short walk. Many thanks also to Patty, the house manager, for being so friendly and helpful. Decked Out House exceeded our expectations. It is a charming place that combines a sense of luxury with relaxed, inviting, summertime ambience.
