This Condo sleeps up to 7. All the featured comforts of home await you in this fully furnished end unit: new leather furniture, a recliner sofa, and everything else, right down to the flatware in the kitchen. So bring your family and friends! The 1st bedroom has a private full bathroom, 1 queen bed, 1 full double bunk-bed lower, with a single-bed upper. The 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed. A separate full bathroom is next to the second bedroom.
Features: fully equipped kitchen, eating bar plus dining room area, and to entertain your family or small group, cable TV, CD Player/Radio, VCR (small movie library in unit), and DVD to boot. Relax in front of the fireplace in winter or out on the deck in summer. Ski Racks in the entryway and plenty of closet space.
This condo is in Buffalo Village, building AA, and recreation galore is found in an indoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, a racquetball court, and a game room for kids of all ages with video games, pool table, and bar area. Tennis court on-site and BBQ's outside. Travel with ease on a FREE Summit County Transit bus to downtown and ski areas that stops at our driveway!
With 300+ days of sunshine a year, find plenty to do for every member of your family or group. Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper, & Loveland Ski Areas are mere minutes away. Vail and Beaver Creek are only a 30 minute drive away. Steamboat Springs is a quick day trip(90 minutes). Apres Ski in either the mountains or downtown in one of the historic mountain towns of Dillon, Frisco, or Silverthorne. Or hang out in the mountain towns during the day and shop the plethora of high-end Outlet Stores and small boutiques.
Winter Activities include: snowshoeing and cross country/back country skiing out our back door (which borders national forest and a widespread trail system), dog sledding, ice skating @ the 5 acre outdoor zambonied rink at Keystone, sledding/tubing at any of the mountains, dinner sleigh rides, night skiing, and more...
Summer offers even more in and around Lake Dillon: The Dillon Ampitheater events, festivals at all the various ski areas ranging from Oktoberfest to Country Fest to Food & Wine festivals, concerts, you name it. World class golfing awaits you at four courses. The condo sits near the top of Wildernest and less than a 1/4 miles walk up the street brings you to a National Forest trail head for hiking.
