The property was better than the listing description. The property was clean and well maintained and the pictures didn't do justice to the property. My whole family stayed and would highly recommend this property to anyone. We toured Golden, Breckinridge, downtown Denver. There is a grocery store nearby to shop for groceries.

This home is beautiful to say the least. It is very spacious, plenty of room to socialize or just have alone time from the group. Our family of 3 kids, spouses/boyfriend and 3 grandsons coming from Iowa and California spent an enitre week together in Summit Co. The view is stunning and easy accessable from I-70. We would definately recommend this to any large group, perfect for families. The gourmet Kitchen is great! We especially appreciated that every bedroom had its own private bath! Thank you Sean & Kathy for sharing your home.

We absolutely love the accomodations and will hopefully be going back again next year. The location is ideal for our skiers and the non-skiers find plenty to do. This was our 2nd year and we found more to do this year than last year. As long as our skiers are available, we'll go back again! Love it!

We rented this house for a family reunion of 3 adult kids and spouses/girlfriends and 3 grandkids plus various other friends and relatives at various times. It is a stunning house with enough bedrooms for everybody, a great kitchen and den and all the little extras to accommodate a wide range of age groups. The view over Lake Dillon is awesome. This house is within easy distance of all sorts of young-kid activities - horseriding in Breckenridge, boat rental in Dillon (3/4 mile), cycle and kid trailer rental (1/2 mile) offering a 12 mile round trip bike trail to Frisco, the train ride in Georgetown, fun town up a free gondola in Breckenridge etc. Only shortcoming for me was the lack of a coffee grinder but Starbucks is less than a mile away!! I give my highest recommendation to this property and to my dealings with Sean.

Our entire family of 13 people, ages 4 to 79, found this house to be the best of the many we've rented. The room arrangements offered plenty of room for all without noise carrying through the home. The kitchen, the bedrooms, and even the toy chests were very well supplied. The loft's spiral stairs were safely enclosed, there were bathrooms galore, and the view was stunning. There was easy access from Denver's airport, the location was central for mountain sports, and the bike path was nearby. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone wants to return to this wonderful house.

Every year, we plan a big snowboarding vacation to Summit County. This year, we had so many people that renting a house seemed like the thing to do. Luckily, we found this house. In a word, it was amazing. There was room enough so that everyone could either be together hanging out or find a quite spot in the house to do their own thing. If you're skiing or snowboarding, the location couldn't be any better. Everyone on our trip was of different skill levels, the location gave people the opportunity to pick and choose which resorts they wanted to go to and whether they wanted to go out for a full day or a half day. We spent one whole week together and everyone agreed that the house couldn't possibly have been better. Thanks, Sean and Kathy!

When your family vacation/reunion includes 4 generations, it’s difficult to find accommodations that suit everyone – but this home definitely exceeded everyone’s expectations! This large beautiful house provided us with generous common areas for family gatherings along with comfy bedrooms for quiet and privacy. We especially appreciated the variety of sleeping accommodations and abundance of bathrooms. The décor and furnishing are exceptional – as is the owner. He went above-and-beyond to ensure that the home was “ready for company” and that we were well cared for. Throw in those amazing views and all that the Colorado Rockies have to offer and you have an unbeatable destination!

My husband and I decided we wanted to do a destination wedding about 1 year and 1/2 ago and wanted a place that was beautiful as well as big enough to hold both our families. This place was perfect. We were able to have our sibilings and their kids stay for the weekend, have the wedding on Sunday on the deck and the house was big enough to handle it all. All the family couldn't believe how great the place was and the view. We also loved how it was funished with everything from bed linens, towels, baby furniture, to pots and pans. We were so happy we decided to have our wedding here. Thank you again!

This home is exquisite with delightful living spaces on four levels, stocked with all the essential amenities as well as many thoughtful touches and extras that made our stay truly feel like a home away from home. We all enjoyed fun, friendly areas for a variety of activities from foosball to hot tub, cozy sitting room to well appointed great room, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone in our extended family. The views are stunning and it's just a short walk to Lake Dillon marina, playground and the quaint town center. Tons of sightseeing throughout the whole valley by bike (on extensive bike path system) or car. Our family (all 3 generations) had such a great time we hope to come back again next year.

I took a group up to this cabin for a long weekend and we were thoroughly impressed with everything about it. The cabin is Huge! There are many levels to make you feel like you have lots of space no matter how big the group is. The rooms are spacious and warm, windows are everywhere to soak up the view of the mountains and Dillon Lake. The wrap around deck was great for hanging out and doing BBQ's. The kids loved the loft and spiral staircase, it had something for everyone! This is a great mountain cabin with all the amenities and a beautiful location to match. We highly recommend this one and we'll definitely be back in the future.

Nice location and property. Great common areas, nice BR and Kitchen, everything worked. There were a couple of minor issues when we arrived, but the owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Nice details, as previously noted. The house is large and extensive- kids could play downstairs and adults upstairs could hardly hear it. Well situated for skiing Breckenridge, Keystone and A-Basin. Minutes away from Silverthorne downtown.

We had a group of 6 adults and 5 children, all of whom had a fantastic time. The house was in excellent condition, was well stocked and easy to reach. The views were amazing and the deck was really enjoyable even in February. It was a wonderful relaxing environment to come home to after a long day of skiing. The space is great for large groups and it worked equally well for the adults and the small children. We highly recommend the house, and we think it would be a great destination year round.

I can't begin to explain the pure enjoyment we experienced renting this beautiful home. There was more than enough room for the 13 of us ranging in ages from 7 to 70. The seven bathrooms and large living spaces were a huge plus. There is so much room that some of the spaces we only used once or twice during our 5 day stay. The owners of this home went beyond my expectactions in making our vacation a relaxing and enjoyable one. They are very accomadating and always available to answer any questions you may have about the house or the area. The skiing and sleding couldn't have been better and everything from the rental shop to the grocery store are only a few minutes away. We are already planning next winters trip and will hopefully be staying in this lovely home again. I would never hesitate in recommending this home to family and friends.

This large, well-appointed house exceeded our expectations. The comfortable furnishings and amenities are complemented by stunning lake and mountain views. We particularly appreciated the hot tub, gourmet kitchen, WiFi, Direct TV, steam shower in master bath, and audio speakers throughout the home. The owners have not overlooked a thing! The great room is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with its large wet bar and gas fireplace. The walk-out basement is a great area for kids/teens with foosball, games, sofas and TV. It is centrally located near several CO ski resorts (five within about 30 minutes), and very close to shopping and restaurants. The owners are very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. They considerately anticipate all your vacation needs and keep the house in immaculate condition. They truly care about this home and it shows. This luxury mountain lodge in Dillon is the perfect place to spend a vacation and to experience the splendors of mountain life in Colorado. We give it our HIGHEST recommendation.

We absolutely loved the time we spent at the home in Dillon. It is incredibly spacious, warmly decorated and stocked with all of the amenities you'd find in your own home (only better). . .We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the hot tub on the deck! The home is conveniently located near a grocery/liquor and sporting goods store (5 minutes) and is within 15 minutes of world class skiing. The owner was great to deal with and was extremely accommodating. We enthusiastically recommend this home and hope to return in the near future!

Our extended family of 10, ages 18-64 could not have been more pleased with this skiers' paradise in the Rockies. We've tried a variety of housing choices through the years in Summit County, Vail, and Aspen, mostly houses rented through VRBO, and this one was tops, by far, for the money. The nonskiers were just as delighted as the rest of us. It felt like a 6-bdr house with the loft that slept 3 and the hide-a-bed in the basement with tv,half-ba.th and foosball. Owner was very helpful. Can't wait to go back! Best restaurants are nearby brewpub in village center and Orehouse in Frisco

We have been coming to Colorado for the last 35 years for winter ski trips. You can imagine the number of places that we have rented in that time. We also own high end rental property in Kiawah Island,S.C., so I'm familiar with the rental scene. I can tell you without hesitation that this house stands well above the rest in all respects. The location, quality of the construction, furnishings, and supplies are outstanding, and I believe fairly priced. Finally, it was a pleasure dealing with the owner.

Our recent stay here was an absolute pleasure. Easy to find and located near many ski areas, we embarked on an easy drive to a new ski hill every day. The house is perfectly laid out for large groups yet has intimate settings for a quiet time of leisure. I am hoping we can stay here again for our next trip to the area.

What an incredible experience!!! We spent the week of July 4th 2007 in Dillon. The house far exceeded our expectations and the location was perfect for us to access all the fun summer activities of the area. Sean was great to work with and saw to it that the place was in perfect condition and was readily available to answer any questions we had. During our stay we had as many as 10 people stay in the property at one time and never felt cramped or a lack of privacy if needed. It is the perfect vacation home.

5/5 Stars "This listing only scratches the surface of the magnificence of this house. The magic is in the details; from the steam function in the dual shower-head master bathroom, to the bar's ice maker and mini fridge. The custom work throughout the house is complimented by beautiful artwork and furniture. This house gives you the picturesque views all around it, but you will find yourself mesmerized with the house itself. The layout of the house comfortably accommodates 12 guests. The well stocked kitchen has everything you could need to eat in, but if you decide to eat out, we were very impressed with the Keystone Ranch restaurant (I would recommend making reservations). Sean Butson was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend this property to any who seek luxurious accommodation for larger sized groups!"
