Enjoy this wonderful 2-bedroom, 2-story condo... a great place for a winter vacation in the heart of historic Breckenridge. Park your vehicle when you first arrive and leave it in our undergound parking until you are ready to head home.

The first floor is set up as the sleeping level. The main bedroom contains a king sized bed and plenty of closet space for your vacation. There is also a large deck off of the main bedroom. The second bedroom contains a queen sized bed as well as more closet space. A convenient washer and dryer are also located on this level.

The second floor of this comfortable mountain property has a spacious living/dining area. Vaulted ceilings with skylights give the living room a bright, open feel. After a hard day on the slopes, relax next to a nice roaring wood fire in the fire place, the fire wood will be waiting for you!

Save, by cooking all your meals in the fully loaded & FULLY REMODELED kitchen!! Eat at the dining table that seats 6. The deck off the second level contains outdoor seating for those sunny winter days, a gas grill, along with a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains. There is a TV, VCR, DVD & Stereo in the main living room as well as a TV in the main bedroom.

With this great location, you are minutes from all the things that make Breckenridge a fantastic winter vacation spot. Walk the few minutes to the base of Peak 9 to start your day of skiing and/or riding. After a great day of skiing/riding, revive yourself in the outdoor or indoor hotubs and outdoor pool, minutes from your door. If you are interested in relaxing or taking a break from the slopes, authentic Main Street and all the shops and art galleries are also only a short walk away.

If you prefer not to cook while on vacation, you may walk to all the café’s, restaurants and bars that are in the town of Breckenridge. The condo is also located on the bus route that will take you anywhere in Breckenridge or Summit County.

  • This was a return visit for us and we were delighted with the changes that have been made since last year. The kitchen is great and the decor is very inviting. It is a very convenient location for skiing and non-skiing.

  • Awesome location, and the owners are truly "Texas Friendly." The condo was as listed and very cozy. Adam was especially helpful and understanding in the wake of one of the largest snow storms in Colorado (Dec 2006). We would stay there again!

  • We enjoyed ourselves very much at this clean, nicely decorated condo. The location is perfect...we walked to the chair lift and to Main Street...and the view was nice. The condo is well equipped for eating, sleeping and lounging. We certainly plan on returning next time we are in Breckenridge.
