Private amenities located in this scenic mountain community is a fully stocked Lake (permit required), outdoor swimming pool,basketball and tennis courts, non motor boats allowed on lake, or electric motor boats.This home is centrally located to skiing, shopping, paintball, restaurants, whitewater rafting, mountain biking, and virtually all outdoor activities, etc. - All Seasonal and weather permitting..
The house is tastefully furnished in a comfortable and relaxing manner. This house boasts three bedrooms and two full baths.The above ground lower level has a family room/game room with 27 inch TV with cable, DVD/VCR, Full size Futon couch/bed, chess set, Foosball and Pool Table, gas fireplace, small stereo system. Bedroom with Bunk bed(twin on top, full on bottom) and additional twin bed. Laundry room with sparkling new appliances.
The main level has two bedrooms, one full bath, kitchen, living room and dining room with beautiful sliding glass doors to the outside deck featuring our brand new 4 person hot tub. The main bedroom features a queen size bed. The second bedroom features a high rise set and one additional twin bed. Our kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances: microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with built in ice maker; pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc.
Everything and anything you might need to make our home into yours while enjoying this scenic mountain getaway. Our attached deck has patio furniture, gas bbq grill and hot tub below.
There are 20 inch tv's in each of the bedrooms, as well as a 30 inch tv with DVD/VCR combo in the living room with second gas fireplace.
This home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. There is is also a crib and hi chair on-site for our youngest guests.
Please note that house is Best used with a Max of 6 Adults and 4 Kids, OR 8 Adults ONLY.

This house was an excellent deal. We had two families (5 adults and 2 small children), and had plenty of room. The pool table and fooz ball table were in perfect shape. The house was very clean when we arrived, and everything worked perfectly. Two slight issues were resolved immediately by Michelle (who lives nearby & maintains the house): The tub was draining slow and we called Michelle and she came right out and fixed it. The gas on the grill ran out, and she came right back and replaced it. That kind of quick & helpful service makes us want to come back. Oh, also the community of towamensing trails is really cute, everyone around the beach and park was very nice, kids played with other kids very nicely. No sign of troublemakers. The security guy was very visible.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Very nice house. Excellent condition. Very clean. Linens were first class. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. My kids loved the pool table and hot tub.
