There are 2 huge outdoor pools, 1 zero entry pool for kids, indoor pool with exercise room and 2 heated spas. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than sixty (60) days in advance of your reservation, your deposit will be refunded in full less a $50 cancellation fee. We will refund your money in the event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION of the area. Call or email us with the date and time of your departure and we will verify evacuation conditions and refund your money, prorated for the number of days you actually did use the condo.

Why the Owner Chose Lighthouse Condominiums
The Lighthouse is in a perfect location...it is newer than most (2007) and has indoor facilities as well as outdoor facitlites. East Beach is less crowded and very easy to walk to Hangout and restaurants along the beach. We love the covered, secure, guarded, parking.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Watching the sunrise to the east above the State Park pier is nice...you will see dolphins cruising by in the mornings...and being able to walk east along the beach to the State Park where there are seldom any others is nice...

We have always loved the ocean air and peaceful settings of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach..and the Lighthouse seemed like the perfect get away rental. We are bankers by profession, live in Huntsville, Al and have an office in the area so we are never "far away".
