Park Avenue is located right in the heart of Park City. This great condominium can be combined with the unit upstairs for family get-togethers or larger parties. Decorated in rich warm colors to make you feel at home and cozy.
During the winter you can get cozy by the gas fireplace, and sip on the complementary coffee or hot chocolate provided. In the summer sit outside on one of the porches and enjoy the fresh air. Park Avenue has a bus stop at each entrance for easy travel around Park City. If you have a car you can park it in the covered parking.
This unit has one queen bed and a fold-out sofa. New bedding and pillows. Spend some time in the club house pool and hot tub. This unit is approximately two blocks to the Park City Resort lifts. It is about a ten-minute walk to Main Street. Take a few steps to Albertsons, Starbucks, Burger King, Bank, Theaters and great restaurants. Conveniently located out the back door are two sport shops for ski and bike rentals. What more can I say? It is perfect.
Provides for your convenience is high speed wireless internet, plenty of towels, paper towels, salt pepper, season salt, some spices, tinfoil, baggies, parchment paper, coffee and filters, sugar, cream, tea, hot chocolate, cleaning supplies, dish cloths and towels.

My wife and I stayed here in early March 2011. It's a really nice place. I don't think the pictures do it justice. I was a bit concerned that it would feel like a cold brick bunker. Not at all. The condo is warm and inviting. We cooked dinner most nights, and we were really happy with the kitchen and its amenities (including a well-stocked spice rack). The bed is very comfortable, the shower is awesome, and the nearby hot tub was much appreciated. The location is also great. It's extremely close to Cole Sports (nice if you are renting skis, as we did). It's also quite close to a good supermarket, a drug store, a Starbucks, a movie theater and a sushi place. It's also very close to 2 bus stops, where you can catch free buses to just about anywhere in Park City. Finally, I had a few questions I wanted answered before we arrived. I emailed the condo owner, Mitzi, and she was always quick to respond with very helpful and accurate info. The one caveat I'd note is that this condo is probably best suited for 1 couple. I think if more than 2 people were staying here, it might feel a bit cramped (IMHO). If we come back to Park City, we would definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend it.

Thank you for helping with our Anniversary get away. The condo was perfect, we spent most of our time in doors enjoying eachothers company. The fireplace was so cozy, the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it. It was clean, well kept and had a very comfortable and decorated so nice. It was nice and quiet, we enjoyed your movies that you supplied and the restarurants that you reccomended. Your instructions and helpful ideas were great, the pictures are great but do not do it justice. Thank you for letting us be a guest in your wonderful condo, we would do it again in a heart beat.

This was my second visit to Park City in two years and the second time I've stayed in Mitzi's condo. That pretty much says it all. As always, Mitzi was easy to reach, efficient and responsive.

Hi Mitzi Just a note to say we had a fantastic time in Park City and thank you for the use of your Condo. The Condo was ideally situated for the buses to the individual resorts and equally for Albertsons. We will probably consider coming back and if its just the two of us we would certainly enquire about your condo again. Our friends may wish to come with us but would require a two bedroom condo . Hey Mitzi, I made the mistake of booking a 6am return flight so we were half awake gathering the last of our belongings at 3:30am. We had a great stay at Mitzi's condo in Park City for our first vacation there. It is centrally located to everything and the condo is very cozy and well maintained. I loved the large shower, separate bedroom, and kitchen- and apple cider after a cold day out in Park City. The next time we go to Park City, this will be our first choice.

We (2 adults, 2 kids age 9 and 4) stayed here over the New Years break. Ultra-convenient to the mountain (we usually took the shuttle bus over in the morning and then walked back after a full day of skiing), the condo had everything we needed to make for a comfortable and enjoyable week of family skiing. We would stay here again.

You will enjoy this cozy condo! Very clean with all the comforts of home. I loved the gas fireplace...just click and you have a roaring fire. Great location: very short walk to bus stop and just a bit further to Albertson's, RiteAid, Burger King, Quizno's, & Starbucks. Condo complex has 2 large, indoor hot tubs and heated outdoor pool with nice changing rooms and towels provided. Mitzi, the condo owner, corresponds via email and phone and responds immediately. I would stay here again and recommend to family and friends. A great home away from home!
